Leaving a 1 star for the fact that they lied numerous times to my review on Google Maps. They falsified claims regarding my car's alignment issue. I paid to get an alignment and it was done incorrectly twice. Then on Google they go lying about how they said it was my "cheap" tires and that I declined the strut repairs - which is completely false. There was NO conversation that ever took place regarding my tires and I did NOT decline no strut services. They claimed it pulled to the left with us a lie - it pulled to the right. This is evidence enough that they have no proper documentation regarding my visit. They are lying because they failed to properly communicate any information with me and instead of owning up to their mistakes - they go lie online. read more

My tires needed to be ordered but that wasn't a problem as they arrived very early the next day. I would say that the employees were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend this place. The efficiency was definitely my favorite part. Who likes to buy tires? Not me... but they made it a very quick process so I didn't have to continue stressing over it. Something is seriously wrong with this place. Took my Van in to have the transmission serviced. It cost me $120 to find out they were going to charge me over $600. The $120 didn't apply to that so the whole thing was going to cost me closer to $800. Took it to a different Firestone and just $240. read more

Rich and the entire Firestone staff are amazing. Due to traveling for work, I have had the misfortune of getting multiple nails and screws in my car in the last month. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Here's my story: My dad took my car to this place to get 4 new tires on May 2016. I believe the tires were only good for 6 months because every time I took it for an oil change, every person would tell me I needed new tires. Of course I said that's ridiculous because I recently bought 4 BRAND NEW TIRES. So I ignored them thinking maybe they just want to make money. A few months ago, I felt like I wasn't braking as well and had to really be careful and stop several cars away when in traffic, but I never thought it was because of the tires. Until today when I had to get air in them, and I asked the guy how my tires looked and he told me to get out of my car to take a good look at the treads. They were SOOOOO worn down on 2 of my tires and the other 2 was close to being gone as well. I got really upset after that because it has only been a year and 2 months!! I paid $400 for 4 BRAND NEW TIRES. I've bought used tires before and they lasted me longer than a year. I then called this location and asked when exactly I bought the tires. The guy said May 2016 and that there's no warranty on it. I later asked how long the brand of tires I bought should usually last. He said they no longer sell that brand so he doesn't know and can't look it up. IF YOU ARE GOING TO STOP SELLING THE BRAND OF TIRES YOU SOLD TO ME AND CLAIMING THEY ARE GOOD, THEN YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE SOLD THEM TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. The place I got the air at also said they never heard of the brand. I paid good money for brand new tires but I got crap. And now I have to buy new tires tomorrow because I am scared for my life driving around with 4 bad crappy tires. I've had my car for many years and this is the first time I EVER had to buy new tires after just one year of BUYING BRAND NEW TIRES. UNBELIEVABLE! Now I'm pissed because I have to spend $400 and up for new tires. THANKS, FIRESTONE. Let me add that my dad speaks little to no English. Very clean and spacious facilities. Seems like newly built. I have taken my vehicles few times and always had good experience. I either ask for Jay or Robert, the managers over there. They have never tried to oversell anything. Showed me clearly what's wrong with vehicles and then presenting different options to fix. No pressure sales tactics. Although its little bit far from my place, I don't mind driving extra mile to get great service. During my recent trip, I got wheel alignment done in a jiffy on my 98 Sienna. read more

She was impressed by the couteous workers and the clean comfortable waiting area, and they got the job done quickly and at a very reasonable price.
