Over priced and underwhelming. I had high hopes when I walked into this super crowded restaurant. My daughter and I were seated fairly quickly and greeted fairly slowly. I didn't really mind the slow greeting considering the amount of traffic they had going on. The speed at which the food was served was probably the highlight of my experience here. The server dropped the food then didn't return until she dropped the check, which is a major pet peeve of mine! The "hot" wings weren't hot enough so I was hoping to get a side of the hotter sauce. Throughout my whole meal I was never given a chance to make my request. At this point the restaurant was no longer full so there was no excuse for my servers absence. I watched the server bus four tables with no one in the restaurant waiting. She clearly had the time to check on us. Customer service - I'll provide you with the customer, you provide me with the service. Only one of us kept our end of the deal. Ordered the 8 wing combo, mozzarella sticks and chicken tender combo. Total check came to $30. The food is served in plastic baskets with paper liners, the bill is SERIOUSLY $30?! This is considerably more expensive than the larger wing chains (correction- 12 wings from here is 74 cents cheaper than the large chains, but def not as good). I come from a big football watching, chicken wing eatin family. We know our wings! These were nothin special. They definitely weren't bad, but they weren't impressive either. They got my order completely wrong and I let it pass, the quality of the meat was extremely dry and looked refried and I let it pass. But the second I found pubic hair on my drumstick I had had enough so I called and spoke to Lenny. She was extremely dismissive and kept saying that there's nothing she can do except relayed the message, so when I got annoyed of her redundancy and stopped her in mid conversation she got upset and hung up the phone on me. It's so nice to walk into a clean, cool, and friendly diner after walking around in the unacceptable heat! Ironically I came in here to get some spicy chicken to make my mouth feel like it was on fire! I love their house made dressings here. Their blue cheese is unlike any other I have had. Their ranch is so fresh. I used to be able to buy them a la carte to have with my homemade potato chips at home or crudité but now that the owner has this "rule" you must purchase food with it in order to get it. They should rent out the struggling restaurant next door and make the place bigger to house more customers. The place is closed for dine in during special events like the Super Bowl. Need to order in advance to to pick up. The men's restroom is trashed with graffiti. It need some clean up. They have multiple locations but I have only been to this one in Glendale. The wings are pricey but worth it because they are so good. They charge for everything extra. It's hard to find free parking but you can try in the neighborhood behind the restaurant. Also there is a parking structure across the street that has 90 minutes of free parking. They will also give you the WiFi password to the 5g for free. The waitress came with bad attitude and took our orders. They brought our food and we asked for extra barbecue sauce for 3 times no one brought it. The Spicy BBQ sauce was disappointing as it appeared all they did is mix some bbq sauce with some buffalo sauce. The chicken wing were on the smaller side, but very moist and naturally messy. The fries were about average, but nothing special. During a previous visit I ordered the Spicy Chicken Works Sandwich which was surprisingly pretty good. The 12 piece comes with carrots and celery (and I love that they don't skimp on this!). The ranch is thick and creamy - great for dipping, compared to the runny sauce elsewhere. If you looking for huge/big hot wings, this is not the place.
