Was passing by and stopped b/c looks like one of those spots that have been around a long time so can't go wrong. Got the sausage and egg breakfast burrito and it's hefty! For $13, will definitely last me two meals. Love that they use hashbrowns, lots of gooey cheese, okay amount of sausage and egg. The salsa verde that you can get on the side (or salsa roja) was simple but good. A bit greasy, especially towards the end but otherwise solid breakfast burrito, would get again. I gave it another go and it was underwhelming to be honest. Got a cheeseburger and onion rings. The cheeseburger, I like the flavor of the patty but overall it was alright. The onion rings on the other hand were not good at all in my opinion. First of all it tasted like they were not seasoned at all, and I mean not even salted so was super bland. Also they were pretty tough and chewy, the texture felt almost like pretzels, kind of dry. The portion size is still pretty good. read more

This is my childhood Troy's! I don't know if it's the nostalgia talking, but there's just something about that fried chicken dinner with fries that is hard to give up! Even the onion rings, which are definitely not conventional, are great! But what really elevates everything is, surprise, the coleslaw that comes with the fried chicken. I don't what it is that they do with that dressing, but that coleslaw is the reason I keep coming back. Chili cheese fries are great too! You aren't getting a fancy meal, but you're not paying fancy meal prices, so what's the harm? I really like Troy's, and I will definitely be back again. I hope folks support this place. read more

We were looking for a quick breakfast spot in Glendale and came across Troy's. This place is quick, friendly and very decently priced. We ordered 2 orders of chili cheese fries and a bacon & egg sandwich with a couple of drinks. Everything came out to $30, which is awesome! Staff were friendly and service was pretty quick. The restaurant was plenty busy, so we knew it was a hidden gem. The chili was great and the cheese pull was fantastic. The next time I order, I'll ask for the fries to be well done but otherwise, really delicious. The bacon & egg sandwich was tasty, as well. I highly recommend this business. My husband and I ordered their french fries, they came out smoking hot and delicious. They tasted like real potatoes and then the Gyro was delicious, we had then cut it in half, and it was enough for both of us. The Gyros are very big and delicious so is the sauce, the lamb, the tomatoes, and the flatbread are delicious as well. You will love this place. They have a drive-through as well, which makes your dining experience happy if you don't want to get out your car. They have dine in as well. aAlright try this place. You'll love it. read more

This place has saved me on a couple occasions. I'm usually in the area pretty early and my choices are limited. This place is an oasis among the lack of delicious spots early in the morning. I believe they have a drive thru, but I always make sure to eat inside. The ambiance is old school. Like any traditional burger spot! The service is pretty good! The person at the register and the cook are super friendly and helpful. I've tried many of their breakfast dishes and even burgers (yes for breakfast!... don't judge). It's all been good! My two favorites are their chicken sandwiches and breakfast burritos! The burritos are huge and flavorful. Definitely worth trying. The parking lot is big enough but I imagine it can get full later in the day. A good spot for breakfast! read more

I have been craving a good pastrami sandwich and Troy's Drive-in hit the spot! The slices were perfectly cut, tender, juicy and flavorful and this was every bite. They don't SALT their food; ask for salt on the side / you'll need it! Burgers are decent. I got a DOUBLE cheeseburger and they stacked the fixings (lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, etc) in the middle between two patties, kinda odd but it tasted alright. The tuna melt was more of a tuna sandwich;however, he didn't care and said it was good. Fries are fries and onion rings were good - again needs ))))SALT(((!! Guys that work here are friendly, food comes out pretty quick and it's inexpensive. It was late when we showed up maybe 11pm and the location was about empty maybe another group there and the tv's were showing old soccer games. I LOVE breakfast burritos. I was pretty excited to try the breakfast burrito here because the reviews for their breakfast burrito are so good. I ordered a bacon egg burrito. I got it home and there's no bacon. In fact it's mostly just a cheese burrito, with a TINY layer of egg. SO disappointed. This was honestly gross. Just blocks of cheese in a tortilla wrap. Me and my friends have been coming here for their Chili Cheese Fries for years. It has never changed since I first got it. I came here during the stay at home order and made my order by phone. I asked if I can pick it up through the drive-thru and they said Yes. When I came there, there was just one car ahead of me but it took almost 10 minutes, so I decided to park and pick it up inside instead. My order was still hot and ready. The service was quick and friendly. The Chili Cheese Fries were $7.28 including tax. The portion is so big that me and my brother shared it for dinner and we both got full from it. Its definitely a great value! They are so generous with the amount of chili and cheese. Fries are cooked medium and they are thick-cut. Make sure to take every bite with their Thousand Island dressing, which I personally think is better than In-n-Out because its sweeter and more flavorful. I would want to try a new menu item but every time I go here, I just want the Chili Cheese Fries because of how good it is even though I heard great things about their burgers. Parking is never an issue here since they have their own parking lot. I'd recommend placing your order online before you come so its all ready by the time you get here. read more

Troy's Drive In #6 is one of those places that has been around forever and has the following of all the locals. The menu is extensive , with everything from breakfast burritos to hamburgers and sandwiches. The staff always does a great job in getting the orders out quickly, despite how busy it gets. This location has a drive-thru and is open until 3am on Friday/Saturday's. There is plenty of seating , with multiple booths and tables . They also have a large T.V playing either news or sports. Service is friendly and the portions are generous. Everything I have tried has been solid and worth the price. Plenty of parking out back. Oh, they also give Ranch and thousand Island cups free of charge , just ask. read more

They give you red and green salsa and both were bomb! Cheeseburger was really juicy with a nicely seasoned patty. Fresh tomato/lettuce with generous amount of 1000 islands.
