Every time I order from Grubhub from this location. My order is never delivered completed. Today I was charged for a large fry, received a small. Ordered a milkshake, received a half melted spill. Not sure if it's the location however it's not the first time or Grubhub to blame. Let's educate service providers to know the difference between large and small and drivers who can navigate in a timely manner. I would not recommend this Five Guys location. This is located in the Glendale Galleria food court. This food court is always busy but we were able to find a table pretty easily. I would say the quality mirrored the quality we've gotten at other Five Guys. I was surprised at how expensive it was though. It's been a while since I've gone to a Five Guys but if I'm paying close to $40 for two people, I would rather get better and bigger burgers with more toppings. read more

My son really loves Five Guys Cajun fries, which are very good. I used to really like their burgers, but I think they are way overpriced now! I made the mistake of ordering all regular sized cheeseburgers and fries and two bottled waters. It cost me $50! NEVER again. I HATE that I paid that much for burgers and fries. I know it's two patties and to be honest, it's way too much for my stomach. I think the price actually affected the taste of the burger for me lol! Sorry, it's just not worth it. I recommend sticking to Little Cheeseburgers and Little Fries to save yourself some dough. With the advent of smash burgers though, I won't even be getting those anytime soon. I have mixed reviews on this place. The young guy working the cashier (and later the cooking the meat) didn't look like he wanted to be there. I Asked him what kind of onion was better on my protein burger and he barely responded. I was Sooo shocked when I found out my burger was $15!!! A Bacon cheeseburger came out to $15! Uhh that amount, I can go to a nice restaurant and basically order a burger for that amount. But this was one of the few burger options at the mall. The burger ended up being made exactly how I wanted and tasted really good! But the price and the service of the employee made this a 3 star place. read more

This happened a few weeks back I waited with my family to order and she came up to the register with an attitude and said "what do you want" which is completely unacceptable after we waited almost 5 minutes in line, her attitude immediately made us not want to order anymore but my toddler was hungry and I was not about to make him wait any longer because of some teenage girl's attitude towards a job that she hates. After placing our order i took my son to get a table and when I came back to pick our food, i could hear her telling other customers "hi what do you want". This "I hate my job" attitude is not needed! If you do not like your job and are going to make it everyone's problem then QUIT because that attitude was not necessary towards people who are basically paying you to work. workers get paid based on sales so without us she wouldn't be getting a check! BUT, after seeing so many similar bad reviews on this Yelp page, there's enough evidence to support the claim that this specific Five Guys does not give a flying crap about customer services. Basically, I ordered a burger with a bunch of toppings. When I got my order, it's a plain burger with no toppings. And I checked the receipt taped on my to-go bag, it has everything I ordered listed on there, they didn't accidentally gave me someone else's order. Welp, they gonna keep doing this, it's a great location in the food court, there's no shortage of new customers, and who checks the yelp review on a fast food restaurant anyways. Cobian, being apologetic, made a huge effort to compensate for my past experience. He didn't have it and made sure to stress that but he really made sure I gave them another chance. I paid for my Little Cheeseburger and immediately they hand me a brown bag. I couldn't believe it was ready. But I expect my burger to made when I order it, not handed to me as soon as I pay for it. This place opened up recently at the Food court at the Galleria. Before this, I never tried it before. The closest one I saw but never been to was the one in Burbank. The fact that this one opened at the Glendale Galleria closer to me just made me want to go next time! I finally got to try their famous cheeseburger. Because it was their opening month, they gave me an extra patty, which was so awesome! When I went back and got the regular cheeseburger, I had the same reaction both times...they were very filling! fries and cut and fried very nice and big enough to chow down on. The custom shake I ordered was so good that I would get it every time I order something from there! The obvious competition of this place would be In-and-Out. Only negative thing I have against this place was that the prices were kind of high. I understand you get what you pay for, because I was definitely full from one of the those burgers. However, I could have bought two meals at In-and-Out for the price of one meal here. The quality was still good, so it just depends on the money situation for y'all. read more

Call me a rookie or noob, whatever your preference but i haven't heard of five guys before they opened this spot at the glendale galleria. Let me tell you straight, this burger just made it to my top 10 list of burger places. $10 for a regular bacon cheeseburger. But damn worth every penny. Their menu is simple and very basic. For most of you out who are oblivious to one great rule of fast food dining, let me educate you. Popular and successful fast food places all have on thing in common, SMALL MENU. This means they pay more attention in trying to perfect their craft and develop a high standard in keeping the flavor profile on point in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. This place sets it up with the basic burger joint menu. The twist? You pick what condiment you want to go in your burger. My choice : mushrooms and grilled onions and basic mayo and easy ketchup. Their juicy well seasoned meat will leave your mouth watering as the cheese oozes on the side of your burger. The sweetness of the onions , crispy salty bacon and dense mushrooms enhances the experience of a perfect burger bite. I will be back for some more soon... and so should everyone else.... read more

Their service was the most shocking thing to experience today. I walked up to the register. A group of about 3 young adult males were laughing and said "I am not taking that! No you! No you gotta take that!"(Referring to helping me order) Keep in mind im just this young female, alone, at this small five guys place with a smile on her face. Way to make me feel welcomed. Side eye. Anyway, one of the boys told a girl to help me order. And she came and helped me, (glasses I think? tanned skin) and was a sweetie to me. I politely asked for a cup of water. Most places will give water cups for free without purchase, this is just a known thing. I am given the water cup and I leave, then realized I should grab a water cup for my friend as well so I return in line. Ask again, politely, for a water cup for the same girl who was very warm and gave me a second water cup. BUT GET THIS. while she's filling the water cup the group of boys start looking at me and their coworker, and talking to each other like "did she even order any food?" and then LEGIT SHOUT AT ME FROM ACROSS THEIR KITCHEN "ORDERRR A BURGER. WANT A BURGERRRR?" with a tone that was outright disrespectful and indirectly told me in the worst way possible, we don't like to give away water cups. If five guys does not give away free water cups, I have no problem with that, just let me know! Thats not a problem. But for them to just gossip to each other about my requests and the cashiers doings, and then yell at me to buy a burger was absolutely one of the most shocking experiences I have ever had at a food place.
