I just noticed this place has only one-star reviews, and I had to chime in about what horsecrap…read morethat is. This is a great little studio! The only thing I'd downgrade them on is the price, as it's slightly more expensive long-term than other places I've been to, but it's still more or less what you'd pay for yoga anywhere. The instructors have always been great. I can't comment on the other reviewer's problem with trying to call and email the studio, because I've never tried, but i can say that if there's a class scheduled, they've always been there. One reviewer had a problem with the gong in a sound bath class. I see where they're coming from, but I think they were wanting to make the experience be what they were expecting of it. Personally, i often don't find the gong relaxing per se in the moment either. It's intense. But it's therapeutic in the end. I wish I could reply to the reviewer and suggest that she was terribly uptight before even entering the studio. The instructors I've had here have been great. Jenna's probably the best yoga instructor I've met. She has such a comprehensive and clinical knowledge of anatomy, along with a facility with language that really helps me understand intuitively how to enter the poses. She needs her own studio someday. To sum up, people can be petty buttholes. Anyone tempted to leave a terrible review of this studio ironically direly needs this studio.

Frustrated and not recovering I started going to Easy Tiger after ankle surgery. Jenna and her staff welcomed me and I started making rapid progress. They're unbelievably knowledgeable, intuitive and it feels like home. Throughout the work day I'm looking forward to classes because they physically put me back together and allow me to be pain free.

I bought an annual membership in March 2022 and it has been the best thing. First, the space refresh is as bright and colorful as the instructors. (You can even borrow a mat, hot yoga towel and hand towel if you'd like.) Second, the instructors are fantastic. They are friendly, easy going, and helpful. They will probably say hi on your first visit. Third, this is a community space. I have enjoyed meeting new people and friends through the Body Shop. My favorite classes are Hot 26 (Bikram style hot yoga but w/music, smiles & laughter! Kim, Jay, & Victoria all teach this class and do a great job.), Monique's barre class (R&B and hip hop songs), Estelle's dance class (pop music and dance beats), and Dipali's hatha class (Indian and instrumental chill music). I'm happy to give them 5 stars!

To start this is by far my favorite gym within at least a 30mile radius. CHILD CARE!!! This gym is…read morealmost perfect and really has a lot to offer in terms of equipment and space. Huge area upstairs for warming up and cooling down they also host some sort of bike class up there. Also they have two separate rooms for personal training which is great I always find it difficult to work around trainers and their clients so it's pretty sweet they have their own area. Racquetball court and basketball court. A supper sweet outdoor space with sleds and power racks is a huge plus. They also sell some decent protein shakes and bars at the counter. So far I have only had good interactions with employees. The atmosphere is more old school far from a big box gym, very welcoming and clean. To get five stars I'd like to see these three things addressed. 1. Sauna, I typically see it around 130-140 and that's just not hot enough. I'm not asking for 180+ could we at least see 160? 2. No clocks on the gym floor, I hate having my nose in my phone the whole time at the gym but I really like tracking my rest time. 3. No microwave for the public, we all know diet is the most important part of getting that physique we want. For those of us that rush to the gym on lunch or between classes or what ever else we're juggling something to heat our meal prep up in would be incredible.

Anyways, after emailing our cancellation, we discovered we got billed for 7 extra months. Manager told us to pound sand and the fine print says that to cancel by emailing them which is exactly what we thought we did. We don't live in the area anymore. They hit us for $560. Of well, good luck to the rest of the members.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Phoenix Fitness is about quality, not quantity,…read morewhich is a rare thing these days. For one thing, Rocky is one of the most supportive, encouraging, and positive people I have ever met. She usually teaches the A.M. classes, and really pushes us on the TRX bands while watching our form. Sharee runs the afternoon TRX along with Rocky or Georgie and has a different routine, which helps switch things up. She is really good with instruction, especially for beginners. I love the TRX classes here and always leave drenched in sweat. What a way to start your day! I've been meaning to take their Boot Camp and Mobility classes, but life gets in the way. I hear they are just as awesome as the TRX classes, though. They also offer Zumba and Yoga during the week. Zumba is offered every day of the week, except for Sundays. Sylvia and Julianna know how to shake it! I tend to run into things and people, but it's still fun. Not only is all the staff friendly and helpful and super awesome, but the members are as well. They have become my support group in my quest for a healthier life, and help push me when I want to give up. I have a lot of fun and am working toward my fitness goals at the same time! I love this place!

I decided to sign up for personal training sessions to help with getting toned after having a baby. The sessions were good but I felt like it really wasn't geared towards post natal clients. I signed up for sessions 6 weeks before our out of state moved (never moved that far before!) I paid for my last 4 sessions up front and ended up missing two because of the move and was out $80. I suppose that was my fault but still wan't too happy about losing the cost of two workout session. If I was told up front there was no refunds I probably would have tried harder to to make those sessions before my big move or I wouldn't have paid for 4 upfront! I wish more would have been explained to me!
