Highly recommend Hotel park especially for families with children. We had the best 5 nights stay here. Family friendly hotel and very clean. Customer service was on top!

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Park City for a quick 2 night/3 day getaway. It was my first trip during the pandemic and I was pleased with the precautions the hotel had in place to make sure that guests felt safe, socially distanced, etc... We were celebrated his birthday while there, and the concierge and front desk staff were super sweet and helpful and provided an amenity to acknowledge this... We found the cottage room we had spacious and loved that it offered a living area, jacuzzi, kitchenette, and 2 fireplaces. The proximity of the hotel was super convenient for running out and for skiing close-by too. I took advantage of the workout room and spa and was pleased with that experience overall, despite a bit of confusion upon my initial booking. We also enjoyed two breakfasts onsite that were wonderful. There were a few only reason for 4 stars instead of 5: -There was a bit of a sulfur smell in/near our room. -There was no shower cap in the bathroom... I'm sure had I asked for one, they would have brought it. -The level of service and attention to detail is not the same as a Ritz or St. Regis All of that said, I would totally return to this hotel on a future visit and would recommend it to anyone visiting Park City!

Being an Ambassador with Marriott Bonvoy it is wonderful to be able to share such an exceptional experience. This hotel has it all. We stayed in one of the villas/cottages that overlooked the pond and ski lifts. The drivers who took us to and from town were lovely and the room was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in the mountains. It had full kitchen and every amenity you needed. The jacuzzi and fireplace were awesome too. Perfect place for a ski weekend!

Hotel park City was amazing ! Spent two days skiing and stayed in the cottages . Amazing views and service Got my ski equipment at Martys. They had it all ready for me and made the process smooth and painless Quick and easy shuttle to Park City to ski ... we were lucky it happened to be snowing this weekend Highly recommend staying in the cottages .. has a jacuzzi and washer and dryer and a kitchen . It was very high end and cozy. Wife and kids loved it Easy shuttles to the main street to eat and stroll and look at art galleries Gym at the hotel was the best . Nice equipment Hotel has a Ruth Chris Steak house! Eat there for breakfast buffet in the am before skiing Marty the concierge was extremely helpful and easy to talk to and will help . As was Reggie the concierge . Both are 5 stars! We will definately be back soon . Thank you Hotel Park City !! You exceed all expectations !! If you have a family and want a high end and easy ski in and out trip ... stay here !!!

My husband and I are truly impressed with the exceptional accommodation and amenities of this hotel. We really enjoyed the log cabin experience of our suite. The proximity of this hotel from various attractions is also very ideal. It is also close to many plazas for a quick coffee run or grocery shopping. Kudos to all the front desk staff, concierge, chauffeur, and housekeeping services for making us feel right at home. Thank you for making our winter vacation quite phenomenal.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and shout out to Molly at the spa!! She is wonderful and super talented. They carry Eminence so you can go to town shopping for products downstairs!! Love coming here for spa treatments or to enjoy the various restaurants.

The wife and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of august for our 27th anniversary. We booked the presidential suite and it is to say the least is very nice. The grounds are well kept and the hotel though showing signs of age is in good shape. The thing that bothers me the most is the lack of service all in the name of COVID-19. Room service is served in paper containers, really guys? It's proven that soap and water kills the virus and I'm pretty sure you have that in your restaurant kitchen. The other thing that bothered me is during our stay not a single staff member reached out to us to see if we needed anything. So here is my take on the stay and the hotel overall. This like many others have cut staff and service at the onset of COVID but as guest slowly start returning to travel, the hotel industry has discovered that they no longer need to provide any services so this will become the new normal but rates will not go down. As for this hotel a simple gesture of a phone call or nite on our room door asking if we need anything would have gone a long way.

Right outside the lobby. You can see the steam coming off the water.

Checked in for a meeting on a Sunday afternoon. The one thing I can say, is I don't believe you can get a bad room at this hotel. Large bathrooms with jacuzi tub, walk in shower with 3 options on a shower head. The living room was a couple steps down with a mini kitchen and a fireplace. Small balcony that overlooked the heated outdoor pool and the ski slopes. Absolutely beautiful views. My buddy had a cottage that was slightly bigger, but had a fireplace out on the patio with a hot tub. Yeah, I booked the rooms and somehow he ended up in the better one. Still not sure how that worked. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The main restaurant at the hotel is Ruth Chris Steakhouse, so enough said there. They have drivers to pick you up and take you to the cottages. If you are going to Park City, this is a great option. The rooms are a bit pricey, but worth it (especially when the company is paying for it :)

What a beautiful place! Looks deceptively small from the outside- don't be fooled! Has a rustic luxury vibe. Our cottage room was amazing- we had amazing views and our own private hot tub (which alone was worth the trip). Easy parking and great location.

Hotel Park City is part of the Autograph collection and a Marriott property. So 90% of folks probably stay here because of their Marriott rewards. I've had a work conference here and prior to arriving I had no idea what I was getting myself into! In the most positive way. The hotel and the grounds are just plain beautiful. Surrounded by a golf course and the mountains in the far back - simply picturesque. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated, clean, and gives you a pleasant resort-like feeling the minute you walk in. Free water, coffee, and tea are also provided 'round the clock - win. I didn't stay in one of the cottages (cottage have a private jacuzzi on each balcony) but in the main hotel. The rooms were clean and the king size bed very comfortable, however not much light came in, and the ground seemed squeaky. Also if you look closely you could notice that the interior needed some maintenance. Apart from that, I loved the jacuzzi, the large bed, and comfy leather sofa. Service (both door and front desk) was great and very helpful.

So you had better be into "THAT VIBE". The worst first: You can check in, but you can never leave. :-) Watch the fine print. Their reservation is NON-Refundable. Meaning if you stay one night and it's miserable- like for instance, you were looking for water all night because your room is 104 degrees with no air and you are parched and got zero sleep-they aren't going to refund you the other two nights when you check out early. They had the audacity to offer a credit. As if I would EVER come back for another night of HELL? Also, why couldn't we find a water station? I was literally walking around at 2AM looking for a place to fill my water bottle. We just flew in from out of state, Park City is high altitude and the place is a literal inferno. Hello. Two bottles of water in the room isn't going to cut it. HOT & STUFFY They know this is a problem. There is a split A/C unit literally over the bed and a fan mounted next to that! But who wants AC blasting on them? ROOMS ARE CLAUSTROPHOBIC We had the two story suite and the worst night of our lives. The door to the room does not open completely. Same with the closet door which hits the bed. Lame design. That spiral staircase is an accident waiting to happen. Lame design. Tiny bedroom. THE CROWD- not a vibe. I like weird, but this was more like depressing nursing home living room vibe. STUPID SIGNS saying: "we do things different". Yeah, I'll say. I could have stayed at The Montage. CLAUSTROPHOBIA I felt like I was in The Shining or A LAME BED & BREAKFAST. We left before breakfast, but I imagine the whole place would smell like breakfast including you. DESIGN: I knew what I was getting into with the Shabby Chic looking photos online. They showed a bit of restraint, borderline frumpy that fits the bed and breakfast vibes. MANAGER: Thinks he is running the most exclusive, best hotel on earth. Offered us a credit for the two nights we wouldn't be staying after a night of HELL. He just looked at us with an aphasia and utter helplessness. Nothing he could do. Shampoos were toxic. The good: One star for being clean & I liked the implements in the bathroom. One star for effort & the money they spent to try to do something different.
