Truly the best experience! The hospitality of staff from valet to check out is outstanding. The location in deer valley is breathtaking. June is a slow time since ski season is over but it's perfect if you want to relax in some great weather, enjoy hikes, good food and beautiful Mountain Views. There are a lot of dining options.. we tried La Stellina their Italian place for dinner which was amazing and Rime for breakfast. We had an amazing 4 night stay here for our anniversary/ my birthday celebration. The staff here were top notch from the front desk, housekeeping, valet, restaurants, and the spa! I loved how quiet and comfortable the room/bed was and that there was a his and hers closet area. It was also nice they had a portable humidifier you could use. They had turn down service every night as well. If you have a car, you would drop off at the bottom of the hotel and valet brings your car and luggage to the top of the hotel. If you don't have a car, there is a great car service that will take you within 5 miles of the hotel. You do have to download the app and request a ride. We tried all the restaurants here and they were all good. Rime for breakfast or dinner. Brassiere 7452 doesn't take reservations but the truffle pizza was delicious. The spa here was great as well if you wish to treat yourself to a massage. The staff was so gracious and gave us a bottle of champagne, delicious desserts and such a thoughtful note as well. This St. Regis was our favorite that we have been to, but we have only been to 3- Houston and DC were the other locations. read more

Awesome atmosphere but sub-par food. The ride up the shuttle was gorgeous and the outside seating was beautiful during sunset. Unfortunately the food quality does not match the price you pay. I ordered the chicken entree and was extremely disappointed. It was a very thin slice of chicken that was extremely dry and flavorless. The waiter even recommended this dish, so it shocked me how unpleasant it was. Id recommend skipping dinner and just coming here for a drink to enjoy the view read more

Stayed at the St. Regis in Park City for a conference in July, and let's just say--I was very grateful that work was picking up the tab. The price tag is as high as the surrounding mountains, but so is the luxury. The Good: Food was fantastic--every meal felt like a treat. Rooms? Absolutely stunning. Comfy, well-appointed, and exactly what you'd expect at this level. The funicular--a unique and scenic way to arrive in style. The "Could Be Better": Entrance/valet situation--a bit tricky to navigate, especially if you're new to the property. Shop hours... or lack thereof. Needed antacid at 6 PM? Too bad, the store was already closed. Saks Fifth Avenue store: Open at noon, closed at 6 PM, and--wait for it--closed for lunch at 3 PM. If you're charging Saks prices, maybe power through lunch? Would I return? Definitely. The scenery and luxury are hard to beat. Would I pay out of pocket? Let's just say... I'd prefer if work kept covering it. read more

Update: as of 8/22/2025 WOW what a horrible response from the "business manager" the post was authored by Mariana but signed by Chris. And to make it worse, they couldn't even type my name correctly. This just proves they do not care about their patrons and they do not want to make things right or improve the service. What a joke of a hotel. Avoid at all cost! The Montage is 1000% better! If they truly wanted to make things right they would try to incentive us to return or provide a refund for the God awful night we experienced. Original review: We recently stayed at the St. Regis Deer Valley for two nights. The first night was perfect. We saw Lindsey Stirling at the amphitheater, had a relaxing evening in our room, and enjoyed some quality time together as a couple. During check-in, we were told we had been upgraded from a parking-lot view to a mountain view, which sounded great. We were also told there was a wedding scheduled on the patio, but no one disclosed how disruptive it would be. The live band was so loud that we couldn't relax or have a conversation. Our only options were to blast the TV or wear earplugs, which should never be the case at a 5-star resort. When we raised the issue, the front desk supervisor, Jeff, was extremely rude and dismissive, essentially telling us there would be no refund. The only compensation offered was $200 off our food bill. We were never offered an alternate room, and the deafening noise continued from 6 PM to 11 PM. Ironically, if we had been given the original room we booked, we would have been far from the noise. At over $1,000 a night, we expected better service and proactive communication. If a wedding is going to bring club-level noise, guests should be informed during booking so they can make an informed decision. There are many excellent 5-star choices in Park City, and unfortunately, the St. Regis really let us down. On this trip, even a Fairfield Inn would have been more relaxing. read more

I am beyond disappointed with how my group was treated at this hotel. We were repeatedly told the property and amenities were "over capacity," which was clearly untrue, as we watched other guests being allowed in right in front of us. To make this even more frustrating, we are Titanium members and spent a significant amount of money on property -- breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour. Loyalty and spending apparently mean nothing here. The staff (specifically the women working at the time) were rude, dismissive, and openly hostile. The energy was not subtle -- it felt personal and targeted. Being lied to while watching exceptions made for others is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Whether this was blatant favoritism, poor management, or outright discrimination, the result was the same: we were treated unfairly and with disrespect. Hospitality is about welcoming guests, not making them feel unwanted or singled out. Management needs to seriously reevaluate their staff and training standards. read more

I planned a corporate retreat at this hotel and was incredibly impressed with the entire property and staff during our time here. Everyone was so attentive and courteous, even the new employees still in-training. The food was exquisite, the rooms were warm and spacious, and the overall vibe of the place was so cool. Our group reserved La Stellina for a private event, and we also got the neighboring Astor Bar, TopGolf Swing Suites, and Snow Park Library. This was the perfect setting for our group of about 70 people, as everyone had room to visit and lounge in the reserved area. I have to shout out our event manager, Allie Dunn. She was so helpful right from the start, taking time to listen to our ideas and goals for the event, then make the appropriate suggestions to the plans. She was available and responsive throughout the entire planning process, and made the overall event a huge success. We couldn't have done it without her, and we are now looking at dates to come back next year! read more

A Beautiful hotel but many staff members seemed to be bothered by us approaching them with simple questions. The lady working the front lobby was unfriendly & didn't communicate effectively. Not a good quality when it's your first impression. The only friendly staff members seemed to be the wait staff which makes sense because they realize their tips are dependent on their helpfulness. Our server was so accommodating and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed and giving us trips for touring the city! The staff went above and beyond to make our bride feel special, presenting her with a bottle of champagne that she popped on the terrace! Such an incredibly cool experience! We stayed here during our first visit to Park City and wowww what a beautiful resort. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and the service is top-notch. It is an easy uber from the airport and after checking in at the smaller reception on the lower portion of the resort, you take the funicular up to the main resort portion. During our first ride up, we were still in autumn weather and the views were very Fall-like, grass, trees, etc. Overnight, we caught the first big snowfall of the winter (stayed early Nov 2022) and it transformed into a winter wonderland! Everything was covered in snow and sparkling! The funicular offers great views of the valley. We stayed in a king deluxe suite overlooking the valley and it was a very elegant room with a nice added touch of the butler service. We received a call each evening asking if we would like coffee/hot chocolate service in the morning/if we needed anything. The room itself is tastefully designed with more than enough space for two people. The kitchen area is spacious, the balconies are cozy and offer great views, and the bathroom had enough room without us bumping into each other. My favorite part of the room was the two fireplaces! It adds the finishing ambiance touch. The fireplaces were on almost the entire time we were in the room. The only addition I would ask for is another luggage rack (we had a decently lengthy stay so our clothes were in the dresser but for a shorter stay, it would be nice to have an additional luggage rack). The facilities were superb. We dined in RIME for breakfast twice and had dinner there as well. The Spa is in my top 3 favorite spas. The massage was perfect and the facilities are well kept and have all the toiletries needed already there. The robes are very soft as well. Overall, we had an amazing time during our stay. We loved it so much, we will most likely be staying here again for our wedding in Spring 2024. read more

I normally do not write reviews but here I am. I recognize hotels can be busy, especially during peak season, but this was unacceptable. First, I was told about a 1 hour wait for the bar to be seated for drinks and food. Totally ok with that. When I returned after 1 hour, the host seemed flustered, and told me maybe another 30 minutes. There was no policing of people entering and sitting at the tables. Complete disorganization. Secondly, while waiting, I stepped in something that resembled puke on the floor that hadn't been cleaned in way too long. For someone walking in expensive snow boots, this is not only disappointing, but unsanitary. Considering this is the St. Regis, I expect a heightened level of cleanliness and service. Disappointing. Ended up leaving the hotel and taking my business elsewhere. read more

The restaurant is at the top of a fun furnicular ride. The outdoor dining has a great ambience and the food is well prepared. This is St Regis executing as you would expect them to. Lovely ambience and meal. We had burger (juicy), trout -- well prepared, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, frisée salad which was fresh, truffle pizza (over priced, but it's the St Regis so you gotta know that coming in). The cocktails were on point. Overall, great ambience and a great place to grab a drink or bite. read more

Very nice experience for an overnight stay to celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary. The St. Regis resort is tucked away from the rest of the other resorts for privacy and relaxation. Beautiful mountain surroundings. We had a room upgrade, the bathroom was luxurious, loved the shower and tub. View was lovely in the morning. To get to the St. Regis you enter using the Snow Park lodge address, where the funicular is located. Pull up to the front where the attendant will valet your vehicle. From there you enter the resort riding the funicular which was a treat. Beautiful pool, clean room, cozy for the stay. Concierge was great. A nice perk staying here is use of the shuttle that takes you to/from Park City to/from hotel. John Milne our driver was fabulous and pleasant to talk to. I'm actually a bit surprised this resort isn't rated higher on Yelp! We were SO happy with our stay. The pool is beautiful, there is a fun funicular (see what I did there?), the room is clean, the lobby is gorgeous and... there is unlimited free coffee every morning in the lobby. The shuttle within 5 miles is very helpful. The restaurant was overpriced but I supposed that's to be expected in PC. A casual cafe (or pop-up one) would have been nice. The best part was the customer service. I'd say 95% of our interactions were above and beyond and so very pleasant. The best interaction we had was with the shuttle driver named Matt. Our four-year-old lost her stuffed kitty and was quite upset about it. We asked about "whiskers" when we rode with Matt because we suspect it was lost in the shuttle the day before. Well, later that evening we had a little kitty stuffed animal in our room with a note. It was so sweet and thoughtful! It really made us smile (and my daughter loves it!). Vintage Room Review - Not a hotel review: I've never had such an unorganized/strange experience at a place as nice as this. Very happy I didn't book a table because the place was dead. I was first in line at 12pm and there were 25 people inside already which was the maximum capacity for some reason even though the tent could hold at least 5X that. Everybody in line was complaining and multiple bachelorette parties behind me in line were basically ruined because they were not able to get in. I felt really bad and the line was basically just a group of people trash talking the St. Regis + Vintage Room. After a few hours of waiting in line I let people behind me budge because I felt so bad for them and honestly didn't care that much to get inside. After 3 hours of waiting in line the group behind me continued to bribe the security guard and ended up sliding him $600 cash - they still didn't get inside while I was there. At this point I left because I thought it was incredibly slimy for a place like the St. Regis to have security guards doing this. The DJ was good, but only if you like to dance/party inside an empty tent. If you plan to go here definitely reserve a table ahead of time and expect the tent to only have about 40 people inside. Spectacular! The staff were gracious, accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous! Restaurants waiters top notch; William, Abraham, Augusto, hostesses, bartenders! Food was excellent-at all restaurants and room service. Breakfast buffet, was really good - not a fan normally of buffets but efficient with getting on the slopes. Front desk; Veronika, Ada (and all) beyond pleasant, courteous and efficient. I forgot my phone in my room at check out-we were having lunch in one of the restaurants they brought it to me! I said I'd pick it up at desk when departing. Managers Lexy and Adam made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our room. Valet team great! Ski valet OMG, spoiled, took amazing care of us. Such a beautiful hotel. Staff is super nice, rooms and views are gorgeous. Rime is such a beautiful spot for dinner with amazing food. Everything here is well appointed. Only reason to drop to 4 instead of 5 star is the valet situation and how discombobulated the layout is. There should be a deal at the gate that if you're on the hotel registry you can drive up to valet instead of leave your car below and wait with dozens of people for the funicular, then have to find your way through the hotel to find reception on some other level at the other end. Astor Bar should be the reception area to welcome you as your get off the funicular. It's a small issue, overall our stay was terrific! read more

This Resort is really magical. It is so beautiful and relaxing. I did not stay here but would love to if I come back to Deer Valley/Park City. It was really cool because you ride a funicular, like a cable car, to get to the resort. This is really the only way to get there. It is definitely a unique way to arrive! The lobby is so Warm & Cozy. I was here in February a couple years back and they had the fire going and it was just heavenly. It was freezing outside but you would never know it being in the warmth of the St. Regis. We ate at their restaurant in which I reviewed in a separate post. If you are a skier, this is one of the best places to stay in the area. You are right next to the mountain and it is so convenient. Skiers looked quite happy coming down the mountain and back to the warmth of this Resort. I don't ski but definitely enjoy the people watching. They have an area to sit and eat outside as well. You could really just hang out at this Resort all day because it is so enchanting. read more

Overpriced and over complicated. No way to get to your room without waiting in long lines for the funicular - a wholly unpleasant experience in covid times. If you attempt to follow Google maps to the hotel main entrance, you'll get yelled at by a hostile and snobbish troll of a man at an HOA guard gate. Valet parking is inefficient and unfriendly and they can never tell you with certainty where your car will be - above or below - a true inconvenience when on a tight schedule for events. We were told without question that our car would be held for us while we quickly changed clothes - made it to the bottom of the hill moments later and -surprise surprise, no car, no apology, and no quick solve to rectify the situation. Wholly unfriendly front desk who failed to give us any applicable information for our room in the residences or any of the welcome amenities for the wedding we were attending. Slow and inattentive service in the restaurant. Generic trappings for the high price. We are baffled by the appeal of the St. Regis and won't be returning. Save your precious resources and stay literally anywhere else. read more

We arrived at 12:30 after calling at 11am and asking if we should arrive now and they laughed at us saying that's ridiculous. Horrible and disorganized establishment. Blown away by the hospitality and the experience I had here at the St. Regis Deer Valley. Sure, it's pretty expensive - but I got a discount so that's what brought me up here. It truly is luxurious! Here's what I especially loved.. I always thought this was a very "professional and adults only" style resort. That's not the case! They are so great with kids and there's so much to do! Bounce houses, hot chocolate, s'mores, game room, kids activities, etc.. It was amazing! The little details go a long way. For example, we asked for a crib in our room. They brought in a crib, included baby bath stuff, included a tiny robe and tiny slippers, etc. They also just neatly organized our room when we stepped away for an hour. Can't say enough good about this place. Just gotta make more money so I can stay here on a regular basis! :) read more

Beautiful resort with over the top staff. I came here for a weekend to relax and get some skiing in! It was a wonderful experience and I'd recommend it to anyone! AMENITIES - Valet - Attentive concierges - Turn down service - Hot drinks (hot coco, tea, coffee) in the lobby - Pool and hot tub - Gym - Shuttle to Main Street (local town) - Sunscreen (30 & 50 SPF options) in lower level before you go off to ski SKIING - Go right down to the lower level for easy rental and purchase options - All the staff are so pleasant and get you set up with your gear (help put on shoes and clip you into skis) - Once you're clipped in, you just ski down a couple of feet to the ski lift and you're off! - The resort is connected to Deer Valley which only allows skiers on the mountain. The slopes are all well groomed and cared for daily - When finished, you can ski right back into the lower level and the staff there will help you get clipped out without the hassle. They will even help you take your shoes off! - Water bottles are also readily available FOR KIDS - Chess and checkers in the lobby - Game room in the lower level open daily - Complimentary s'mores and campfire read more
