I can't begin to describe how effortless Emily made the planning process though we were a thousand miles apart and sometimes even a half a world apart. She was always prompt with responses and we were able to count on her to execute every detail that needed overseeing from afar. Honestly, there were times that we were unable to give her sufficient notice regarding requests and she graciously and gracefully accommodated each and everyone. Weddings are a stressful affair. To try and plan one in 3.5 months seems impossible. Not true when you have someone like Emily in your corner. She was genuinely interested in making everyone happy but staying true to my original vision. She fought hard to protect the elements that meant a lot to me and there is no way to adequately thank her for that. Emily has a natural talent when it comes to event planning as evidence by her composure, timeliness, willingness to adapt and doing it all with the warmest of smiles on her face. My husband, our families and I genuinely believe we were blessed to have Emily by our side. She made our dream wedding a reality. Her eye for detail, her organizational abilities and her extensive knowledge of vendors in the Breckenridge/Vail area alleviated much of the guesswork when it came to picking vendors such as the florist, DJ, decor and even stationary. I am actually sad that the wedding is now over because I miss my regular interactions with Emily. She was such a beacon of hope and positivism at times where I was unable to manufacture my own. Her strength, charisma and wit came to our rescue every single time we needed it because they were contagious. Emily was our Knight in Shining Armor and when we think back on our wedding, we will also fondly think of Emily.

We had two chefs arrive completely prepared with their own cookware and food to cook. They were very friendly, professional, and respectful. It was such a pleasure to welcome them into our Airbnb. They really made sure that we were comfortable and served well. The leader in me tried to help deliver the plates to the correct people, but they did not let me haha, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend booking a private chef through this company. It was such a great experience and let me tell you the food they prepared was PHENOMENAL! Every dish was prepared so well!! I was so impressed and satiated by the end of the meal. We had appetizers, main, and dessert. Even all the dressings and sauces on the meat options were great. I did not get a photo of the appetizers but they were so delicious as well!

The ride was painfully rough. Absolutely not worth the $50 per person! Everything was dirty slush by mid-March, but the trail is more of a track, no wooded area, not really any views. The horses were absolutely miserable - dragging a loaded sleigh thru icey, muddy riches. They have a small paddock - I wouldn't even call it a pasture. And no shelter - Yes, these horses are content to stay outdoors 99.9% of the time, but they should have an optional covered area available at least.
