I have been a member of this community since it opened. I've only considered canceling my membership one other time when they had the Caroline crew, but this new crew they've hired has really soured my whole experience. Hotworx was my favorite place to go for stress relief, detoxing, alone time after work and weekend peace. Now, I have to make myself go because I am paying for the membership and feel guilty if I don't go. It all has to do with the staff. I'm completely surprised by the way the owners have allowed this new manager to create social media with her tatas out every time she posts something. The content she puts out is just distasteful and her husband in every video- it's very off putting and not "on brand". It reflects poorly on the company. The other young man is social awkward and I don't feel comfortable with him. He doesn't know how to interact with people, he bombards new signees the minute they walk out of the sauna, right in the middle of the isle and immediately asks what membership they want? What a turn off! Yet, if he is close to his lunch hour or it's too soon to closing time and someone new wants to sign up, he tells them he's off and to come back tomorrow. I, personally, have never felt comfortable with him being there if I'm alone at the studio because of his awkward presence, lack of knowledge and social skills. I don't know how a business has gone through so many different employees in such a short period. Additionally, this new staff doesn't seem to have the work ethic to clean and maintain the same level of sanitation that the previous staff has always done. I've only seen them sit or stand at the front desk. I've had to clean broken toenails out of my sauna AND I had left my sweater in a cubby for a week and no one had noticed it! read more

Came here for a free workout, I did the total blast which was fun and new for me. The sauna was at 125° and inside is a dry heat, I melted almost immediately lol. One thing I noticed immediately was how clean the facility looked. The saunas smelled nice, there's options for you to turn the heat higher or lower according to your preference. Overall it was a good workout and I really like that the facility is locked and each member has their own specific code to let themselves in. They offer a free introductory class so I tried it for the first time with friends & I absolutely loved it. No purchase or equipment needed for your first workout. Vicki explained everything to us and gave us a full tour of the studio. I was nervous to try it out because I've never done a sauna workout before but the temperature is perfect & you get a great sweat and workout in. I ended up signing up and becoming a member and have done 2 more workouts this week. Can't wait to try all of the different classes! During my second class I met one of the owners, Melanie. I had no idea she was the owner because she was extremely humble and was deep cleaning the studio during our session. She took the time to answer all of our little questions and even helped us get set up for the hot blast class. It's cool to see an owner invest in the cleanliness of the studio too, not just the employees. All around a great experience and I'm happy I tried it out and became a member! read more

Y'all. Let me tell you about my first impression of this place. First, they reached out with my name misspelled. Ok, cool, that's fine. Let that one slide. Secondly, I picked up their call and the staff said "hi, is this [proceeded to pronounced my name horribly wrong with possible gibberish]..., I don't know" not only was it disrespectful to not even try to pronounce someone's name, the fact that she didn't even attempt to try and continued with "I don't know," after horribly mispronouncing and butchering my name. I was originally excited to give this place a try from their online ad but this gave me an eye opening experience of the staff doesn't even try. Is this another event where they just try to get you in for the quota sales for the month and doesn't even put in an ounce of effort in for their members? No, thanks. I've been a long time member here and I've never had an inclination to review a business until now. I am very concerned about the way this business operates. The amount of staff that this business has been through in such a short time period is staggering. One of the biggest draws to a virtual business is actually the people who work there. The members create strong relationships with the staff and then one day, they are just gone! I don't know if it's massive firing or quitting, but either way it looks bad for the business. I am forced to leave a review about the new group of people who have been hired. This manager doesn't know what she's doing and has brought in some "undesirables" to the business. Everyday she has new friends who are really rough looking, rude, smell of smoke and other issues (no respect for rules or boundaries). She also has her boyfriend there and her inappropriately young son working out there. The other new people have not a clue about the culture and customer service. The young man is actually quite rude to new customers and he doesn't know that other members have been around for years and he is the one that doesn't have a clue. It's really sad to see the downfall of this business. The regulars are not happy with what's happened to their staff they know and love and don't like where this business is headed. read more

I've been going since they opened October 2021 and it has made a huge difference. I am more motivated then ever and it's helped me stay consistent, helped me lose weight and build muscle. I never thought working out in a room with a virtual instructor would be for me but I was wrong. The workouts are great and with time and consistency I've noticed a lot of improvements. Having so many workouts to choose from is something I really enjoy. What's not to like about a gym that is available 24/7, infrared saunas with great workouts and even a free weights/TRX area Also, owners/staff are super nice and they all keep it very clean. read more

Very deceptive cancellation process. You sign up for 5 months. The first 90 days you can not cancel. Following that you need to provide 60 days notice to cancel. Do not sign up for this gym. You also can not cancel if the business owner isn't there and will not accept your written cancelation without them present. This is illegal per Washington State Law. UPDATE: They "allowed" me to cancel my account but I had to pay the $99 early termination fee if I didn't want to give 60 days notice. This is absolutely a 5 month contract or a 3 month contract with a $99 fee. Also, Justin told me he didn't have the ability to cancel my account on 12/18. On 12/20, the manager's husband didn't get access to accounts and Justin had to log in and cancel my account. read more

I am a Sweat Everywhere member and I was so happy to hear there was a Hotworx in WA! I live in NY, but come back here every few months to visit family and friends. It is great that I have a studio to visit while in town. Melanie and her team are professional and have great knowledge about the 3D training. So many great things to say about hotworx!! First the people! The owners and employees are fantastic. So kind and always cheering you on. Other members as well!! The facility is beautiful, and always so clean! It's obvious the owners take pride in their business and want to keep everyone as safe as possible. Now the workouts..... they are really fun and challenging and best of all quick!! If you have a busy lifestyle like myself this is the place for you! There are classes starting every 15 minutes 24/7!!! And they are shorter than your average class because they are in infrared saunas!!! I always leave feeling so refreshed because of how much I sweat. My skin is clearer from the infrared and my waist has lost inches from being consistent with these workouts!! My daughter suggested that I might like a membership to the staff. I however was uninterested in going. The company charged my daughters credit card for a membership I never signed up for. Bad business practices possibly even illegal !! Talking to my lawyer tomorrow charges against this company may be pending. read more
