I was really impressed with the level of care and attention she gave my friend and I during our first session--I could tell she genuinely cared about meeting our personal health and fitness goals. Beyond that, she successfully demonstrated her expertise in her field...she had asked us to simply walk, carefully watched how our bodies moved, and pointed out the areas where we were imbalanced. They also have pull-up bars and wheels for more dynamic calisthenic exercises. I also love how their memberships include a guest so I can bring a friend or my husband once a month!
