The instructors are so helpful and know when to cue for form and push you to challenge yourself. I work as an OT in an outpatient physical therapy office and Endure not only coach exercises on the "looking good" muscles but more importantly on the balance of the whole musculature system and the mobility to perform the exercises. This is easily what is missing in my own patients workouts that lead them to injury and then physical therapy. Endure is really something special. I've been a member for over a year, and I've seen significant improvements. The owners, Justin and Don, are a huge part of that. They're incredibly kind and genuinely care about every person who walks in. Unlike many gyms, they pay close attention to form and give thoughtful corrections to help prevent injury and make sure you're getting the most out of each session. Don has helped me work though some back issues, and his guidance has made a huge difference in both my performance and recovery. Classes are one hour and come in two types: Strength and Total Body (a mix of strength and cardio). The small class sizes are perfect--you never feel lost in the crowd. It truly feels like personal training in a group setting. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and motivating place to work out with trainers who actually care, this gym is a total gem. I'm pretty anxious when it comes to working out in gyms and in front of others because I'm self-conscious, but was much less so around these folks. Not a huge amount of space, but more than enough to see multiple people pushing themselves while others observe and cheer them on. I met the owner Kevin and he was super friendly. My partner wanted to help me with an intro workout and Kevin stepped in to coach me a bit and let me borrow some proper shoes for the workout. I just wanted to give these guys some love, so if you're looking to get into olympic weightlifting or find a workout community, this is a great one!

For $300 per month, save your money and go somewhere else. You've been warned. The Good: The onboarding process was seamless, and they are highly responsive via text when you are first signing up to learn more. The workouts themselves are solid if you like Mayhem programming.(lots of cardio) the programming doesn't lend itself well to being able to scale handstand pushups or overhead squat where I have seen other boxes have better scaling options for these. The Not-So-Good: The Commute & Parking: Getting here is stressful. The streets leading to the gym are incredibly narrow, and people tend to speed through them (I've actually had a couple of close calls/accidents). Parking is strictly street/residential and very crowded; I've had to park a 15-minute walk away before. I came 39 mins early once and there was still no parking to be found and just gave up and went home. For $300 per month this is insane. People filming: Fitness influencers do not blur your face when filming themselves. Some fitness influencers consistently film themselves and don't ask if they can blur your face if you're in their frame. I think that's just common courtesy. Or else you yourself need to accommodate and move yourself out of their frame. Big box gyms do a better job enforcing this. Limit on class signups: they max each class at 28-30 signups and there's really no limit but the gym can comfortably handle 16-19 people. There's not even enough space in the gym for 28. One time there were so many people some people had to leave and couldn't even fit. Some people come in 15 mins late and crowd the back and there's just chaos and safety issues when there are 28 people in the gym or more. Some people also don't signup. Atmosphere: It feels a bit unwelcoming and feels very chaotic and disorganized. Coaches just run the class without much personal interaction. In my months here, no coach has ever introduced themselves to me. Cleanliness: The facility needs maintenance. The bathroom is frequently out of order, and the floors leave a heavy black residue on your hands during floor movements. Cancellation: Be aware that the cancellation form is pretty buried on their site, and getting a response via email might never happen. It's almost impossible to cancel or get a response about cancellation. It's a decent place if you just want to put your head down and workout, but keep the parking, cleanliness, and hands-off coaching style in mind before joining. Not all workouts are posted on app: some of the classes's workouts like workshop or power building are not posted so you're gonna be in for a surprise if you sign up for those.
