This location was super clean. The owner and staff was super nice. They gave a free day to try out the classes. This is a great mix if like to workout by yourself but still want the gym atmosphere of seeing people. Great for if you need a flexible schedule. And I love to sweat to get the body going and sweat out all the bad stuff. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would but because I can't, I won't . The problems I had canceling with this company was such a pain in my $&@? ... that is why I'm leaving a one star review. I tried to cancel with them three times. THAT IS 3 TIMES. I had to call them go down there speak to someone, then have someone speak to their supervisor. It was impossible. Having my card charged every single time as well. When I'm not even able to use the facilities. I hope you don't treat everyone that tries to cancel their membership the way treated me!!!! read more

I have been coming to hotworx for years now. I normally go to the round rock location on palm valley. I decided to try cedar park. I will not go back. I tried to book online put this location only allows two in a room. Which I found that out when I got there. Well i wanted to do bands. There was no one in there so I was permitted to go in. Come to find out you can block it out for one person. That person showed up 10 minutes in. And I was told to leave. The lady at the front was very nice but still. I will stay where people are more chill and welcoming. Sad day. read more

This Hotworx is different than others in that you honestly will get a 5 star service. They keep it CLEAN, they train their staff well in GREETING you as soon as you walk in and ATTEND to your needs with ACTUAL concern. My partner and I decided to move and sell our house last minute, and the owner, Susan, and Maddi were so UNDERSTANDING and HELPFUL. This location will host social events, contests, and they'll sometimes even have treats for you set up after a workout at the front! Bless their hearts Thank you for always going ABOVE AND BEYOND! Me and my fiancé have had a wonderful experience here. Definitely worth the membership fee! You won't regret it. read more

Love Hotworx, its a great workout and its a quick 15 min or 30 min time. I don't have a lot of time some days and with these workouts I feel accomplished for the day, and I also burn more calories than I would going to the gym or running outside. It's always clean and because of the cleaning materials, I have the ability to give a quick once over before and after my workout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be honest here. I LOVE instructor led classes; it's the only thing that motivates me to work out. But when I heard of Hotworx, I was hesitant. The class being led by a pre-recorded video? I wasn't too sure about that. Then one day, on a whim, I decided to try it. And I fell in love. Hard. I felt SO good working out in the heat, feeling like I was getting 1:1 instruction, and loving the flexibility of the variety and frequency of classes. I've gone almost daily since I joined, and from day 1, started noticing a difference in my skin. By day 2, I started noticing more flexibility. I absolutely love the way Hotworx is set up. I've been able to get into whatever class/time I'd like, and other than when I plan to go with a friend, I've been able to be the only one in a class. If you're even remotely curious, my recommendation is go try out a class. That's what I did, and I am so glad I did!! Membership prices are way lower than other "instructor-led" places, and it's open 24/7. Couldn't ask for more! read more

This place is so scammy. Krissy was great but now the new girl is a terrible representation for any business. She comes off very fake and is snappy when you ask questions. She'll switch between fake friendly to passive aggressive. 100% attitude problem. She even charged my card before telling me the amount and then when I said I don't want to charge that amount she said too late. Wow! I think her name is McKenna and she should be fired. This is the kind of gym Cedar Park needed! Open 24 hours, staffed or unstaffed, you can get your workout in! There are workouts starting every 15 minutes. My favorite is to do a "bonfire" and do a short cardio followed by a longer stretch, barre, yoga or core workout! The staff is so nice and accommodating. read more

I love HotWorx!!! I go two days in a row, then off one. I feel the detox and the deep stretching after an awesome workout! I had to take two weeks off due to a procedure, and I realized how fit and great I was feeling once I went back. My body was sore the next day but I felt so good! Been coming to HW for over 4 months (excluding the quarantine Months) and I love coming. I believe that it is great to have several different types of workouts added to your routine, so for me this is perfect. I can do Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, focus on a specific body part, or just do my own thing inside the sauna. So the variety in one location and easy sign up for class makes it a great fit for me. Plus, I like to sweat, so I walk out satisfied even if I need to take an easy day and just enjoy the benefits of the sauna in itself. ;-) read more
