Joined as a founding member and so very glad that I did! The instructors and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. While I am not new to reformer Pilates, the instructors make me feel comfortable and confident in ways to move on the reformer. They always provide modifications and amplifications to really make sure that I'm getting the best out of my workout. Excited to keep coming back and being a part of this studio! Also, very clean and thoughtful space with lots of tools to get a great workout in. Love the virtual classes so that I can still get a good workout in even if I have scheduling conflicts with the live classes Each instructor I have encountered has been very supportive and led the class in a safe and comfortable manner. Super lovely Pilates studio that I have been awaiting and eagerly anticipating stepping into the studio for a reformer session. Fifty50 studio's space is bright, airy, spacious with an intimate atmosphere of reformers across their space. Walking in we were greeted by the welcoming front desk, checked in on the iPad to see our station spot. Pro tip: bring your grippy sticky socks as you'll need them for the reformer machines, but they do have some socks for purchase should you forget. I'm a grippy sock fanatic and love their offerings! I snagged spot 2 and it worked out that I would be facing the mirrors, as spots 1-6 are facing the mirror and where you sit you can see yourself and maintain good form and technique! Melinda was such a great instructor who explained the machine, the technique and also offered hands on correction and more for all of us showing up for ourselves on a 7am Friday Pilates class and it was such a treat to see the sunrise as we wrapped our 50 minutes. Each spot is very thoughtfully spaced, and with the welcoming support, I can't wait to return for my next class. Ps. As they're in their welcoming grand opening timing, classes are free til Dec 31! Love this Pilates studio! The space is clean and beautiful with lots of natural light. I was looking for a place to workout that had options/flexibility because I have 3 little girls and never know when I'll get the chance to get away. Fifty/50 has on demand reformers you can reserve from morning to night. There's no excuse not to take a class! Each reformer machine has a personal screen with hundreds of workouts to pick from. You use your Bluetooth earbuds, choose a workout and it's like have your own personal instructor. I keep a running list on my phone of my faves and choose based on what body part I may want to focus on that day - or how sweaty I want to get ha ha. I enjoy the live classes too. There are different formats and levels - strength/sculpt, cardio/endurance, yoga/stretch and occasional speciality workshops. I've been taking classes just over a month now and really enjoy fifty/50! I've taken Pilates classes in the past, but the option to have reformers for "on-demand" sessions without needing to book an actual class is a nice way to practice at my own pace. Everyone is really nice from the girls helping at the front desk to the instructors taking the time to know your discomforts and how to make the best session for all in the class. Great spot if you are a beginner! If you have some experience with Pilates I would recommend you try elsewhere. The Strength & Sculpt class left me wishing I'd gotten a better workout. We never stayed on any move long enough to really start to feel the burn and the class felt a bit low-energy for my taste. Perhaps in the future each move could be paired with some kind of modification to make it harder based on individual skill level? The facilities are very clean and well kept and the studio is in a great location! The staff was very nice as well. read more

Absolutely love this studio! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and all the instructors take the time to ensure your form is correct, helping you avoid injury/discomfort. Fifty/50 has motivated me to get out of the house and truly commit to my workouts. Pilates is such an amazing form of exercise, and I'm so happy I found it here. One of my favorite aspects of the classes is how they offer modifications for different skill levels. It challenges me to push myself and grow. In the time I've been coming, I've noticed a real improvement in my form. Each session feels like progress, and I learn something new from every instructor. As an occupational therapist, I am particular about where I do Pilates based on if the instructors make sure we are all in good alignment during workouts and they definitely do that here . Love this place and the Fifty/50 concept! I was brand new to Pilates and reformer, and the instructors are very clear and helpful with form and muscle engagement, especially if you tell them you're new. The in-studio virtual classes were my favorite in the beginning because they felt less intimidating. I could watch the instructor on screen and follow along, which as someone coming from at-home workouts felt more comfortable for me, but Fifty/50 has the added benefit of an in-person instructor correcting my form. The on-demand reformers have been a great option, too, for when I'm available at odd times or if I only have time for a quick workout. read more

I started working out at Cedar Park FIFTY/50 Pilates in February 2025 and have taken over 100 classes. I can schedule classes online at home and if I have a conflict with what I have scheduled, I am able to cancel classes online up to 24 hours before the class begins. The staff and instructors have been very helpful. I had not done any exercises for 20 years before I started working out at FITTY/50 Pilates. I had been doing a lot of gardening and landscaping, and I thought that was giving me enough exercise. Since starting Pilates, I have more flexibility and feel stronger. I have a number of injuries, and the instructors have helped me by suggesting modifications that allowed me to get the same results from the exercises. The instructors take time to ensure your form is correct. The studio is very comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a great way to get back in shape, I recommend FITTY/50 Pilates. read more
