The A/C does not work! They have floor fans everywhere trying to keep it cool inside. I asked the front desk if the gym was always this warm and he said yes. I only walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes so it's not like I broke a huge sweat, but still way too warm for me! Also, many of the vinyl seats, etc. on their machines are ripped and cracking making it hard on my skin. What I did like is their treadmills have a monitor showing scenery that you can watch, touring different places while you walk/run.

He contacted me right away and welcomed me to his gym. I was able to get 2 awesome workouts in (Friday morning 6am and Saturday morning 9am). Mark was our coach both times and he did a great job of keeping the workouts fun, challenging and interactive. He also made sure that everyone had proper technique and gave me several excellent tips. The other crossfitters were also super friendly and encouraging towards me, and one another, throughout the workouts and made me feel immediately at home. There was good mix of different ages, genders and skill levels, and the coaches were able to scale workouts, so that everyone at every level was able to participate and have an awesome workout. -If you live in the area or if you are visiting and want to get a drop-in class in I would definitely recommend CFG!

I was also advised they had already reached out and I was forward a screenshot but had no email in my inbox so that seemed odd to me. Despite canceling the day the link was provided (9/11)I was charged again in October. The whole process felt intentionally confusing and inconvenient. I kept getting told that I was past the 30 days cancellation but that was due to the lack of communication on F45's part. It's very easy to communicate when you're contemplating becoming a member but extremely hard to get a hold of someone when you wish to cancel. The classes themselves were fine- good instructors and solid workouts- but the billing and cancellation process feels misleading and difficult. Be aware this is a recurring membership that's difficult to cancel and can only be done through a hard-to-find link.
