I wouldn't believe the level of unprofessionalism had I not seen it with my own two eyes. I believe in spending my money where I know the staff can conduct business professionally. Once you take a look at the messages please ask yourself if this the kind of establishment you want to spend your money at?

My honest review: I…read morehave worked out at Orange Theory for about 2 years and saw relatively slow results. It was mostly cardio based and I never felt challenged. What I love most about F45: 1. The trainers! Brian and Fran know my name and it's honestly the thing that impressed me the most. Every time I come in, they ask me how I've been and how I feel that week. They get to know their clients names and I find that extremely important. 2. The trainers push me. There are some days I don't want to be there but I'm working towards my goals. The workouts are freaking hard and I can tend to get discouraged. We had a chin up exercise and I immediately started doing an alternate version. Fran noticed this and stopped what she was doing to come help me with the chin ups by adding the bands to the bottom of my feet. Not only did she suggest that but she stood there and made me complete 5!!! I honestly wouldn't have attempted it if she hadn't encouraged me to do so. THEY CARE! 3. The studio is *always* clean and the equipment is well taken care of. 4. The workouts are HARD. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays are cardio days BUT THERE IS NO TREADMILL!! Y'all, I'm telling you. It's worth it. I feel stronger and leaner just by going there 4 times a week. I'm very pleased by switching to F45 from OTF.

There's even a recovery area with Hyperice products and compression boots, you can't go wrong here. He has taken me and made me stronger with the ability to not even consider my physical age, but to embrace the age/health of my body. When I came to him, I was hobbling on my knee...thinking I would have to have knee surgery AGAIN....for the third time. With his expertise, he has changed that scenario completely. No need for surgery and I am stronger than ever. He is very knowledgeable about the body, nutrition, and health. I signed up for personal training at what I understood was a flat rate. After learning about additional charges that were never explained to me when I signed up (80 dollar initial scan fee, 50 dollars a month for inbody scan, 3% processing charge, 80 dollar gym membership) I was very alarmed. I thought I was signing up for a flat rate of 640, but with the additional charges it ended up being 800 dollars a month - none of this was outlined in the contract I signed. When I asked him to send me the contract so I could verify the fees are not in the contract, he refused and said it was all explained verbally to me (which is 100% a lie and if it were true, it's unethical to charge customers based on 'verbal' agreements). He ended up not charging me for two months of the gym - which if it would have ended there I would have been completely fine and not feel the need to write this. I decided to complete my 3 month contract and after that I would not be able to financially support 800 a month and would no longer be signing up for additional months. When I informed Taylor I would be cancelling I received an e-mail with a notice of my cancellation and in the notes "Has been a pain in the a** since day 1" when I confronted him about this he said "oh it's just a jovial joke, you know", didn't apologize! and went on to belittle me saying I am the problem and he never has issues like this. I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to in my entire life. All I was trying to do was understand additional charges that were not in my contract nor communicated to me and instead of realizing there is a gap in his business model he shifts the blame to me "I've never had this problem with anyone but you". Just so disrespectful, I am extremely appalled. I would never ever recommend anyone doing business with Taylor. This is not how you treat someone paying you 800 dollars a month. And to anyone from the gym who is going to respond to this.... it isn't about the money, it's about being ethical with your contracts and how you treated me. Five stars for the gym, equipment, and my amazing trainer. Zero stars for the way they treat their customers.
