I absolutely love my experience at this specific Hot Worx location for many reasons. From the Cleanliness to the hospitality, it was all around a very good experience! I went to redeem a free work out as a plus one with my step mom, she had been raving about this place for a while so it was nice to be able to to join finally! Sometimes t can be a bit overwhelming when it comes to trying a new gym or workout place, but as soon as we walked in the front desk personnel greeted me, assured that the class would be free, and then gave a in depth tour of the facility! I'm not sure if that's required, but it was so nice! She then set me up with all the proper equipment, and made sure we were in the correct sauna! The workout was amazing, I don't think i've sweat that much in a while!!! After the work out she proceeded to give me an exclusive offer and even told me that if I just come back they would work with me! Unfortunately, the area is a bit far from me given it's my step moms home location, and I am more located in central Dallas, or I would commit in a heartbeat! Sharing a warning before you sign up with this gym membership please read your contract terms carefully. They say they've amended it since then but my contract was for 60 day cancellation policy and the day that I canceled it they immediately charge your card for all the people on your account for the next 2 months . You still have access to the gym but they charge upfront for 2 months combined Have no complaints about the product/ gym itself, but anyone who is signing up and knows about gym cancellations this by far as one of the worst ones I've ever seen so I wanted to give others a heads up to make sure you're aware . read more

HOTWORX is a fantastic option if you want the flexibility of working out on your schedule in a more private setting than a big gym. Each virtual instructor lead class looks deceivingly easy, but will kick your butt while simultaneously making you feel STRONG. And if you're like me and some days just aren't "feeling it", just doing a 15 minute HIIT session leaves you with a serotonin boost and sweaty feeling of accomplishment. The hot sauna itself gives you the feeling that you're getting more out of your work out than you typically would, and enhances your sense of well being and strength. As a HOTWORX sweat anywhere member, I can go to any location to work out. I have visited quite a few and definitely have favorites, but you may thinking 'they're all HOTWORX, aren't they all the same?' That's 1000% NO! I won't take the time to rag on which ones I don't like as much as why, but I will tell you why Sunnyvale is my runaway favorite! 1. It's brand spanking new, with a good layout and ample room for all the HIIT classes (some locations are too small to accommodate them all). They also seem to have more fx zone equipment than other locations. 2. The staff is nice, interactive, and ready to help if needed. They are also active on social media and keep to updated on the monthly contests. Plus they make sure it is very clean!! 3. Because of the friendly and interactive atmosphere the staff creates, I've enjoyed working out and talking with other members - not something that I've experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend taking them up on the offer for a free workout to try (Hot Blast is what I would suggest!) and see why it's an addicting way to exercise. Joined around time it opened. Was excited at first but seldom am I able to reserve the studio I want at times that are convenient for me. Unless you book days in advance, its almost impossible to get into one of the studios in mornings or afternoon/evening. The few times i was able to get a room, you realize youre sitting in a pool of other people's sweat. No big deal I though - ill cancel the membership and join some other place. WRONG - canceling is a pain in the as*. You have to come in, fill out cancelation form and even then their contract (that you have to sign when join) states that they will draft THREE MONTHS worth of dues. RIDICULOUS! read more
