Sarah and Melody are very friendly and helpful, a real blessing. Everything inside is sparkling clean which is very encouraging and gives a sense of safety when it comes to getting infected by germs and bacteria, etc. The location is excellent for me, and the fact that the gym is located in a very safe area of Wylie (right across from the Fire Station) enhances the security of anyone adventuring in the middle of the night. On top of it, a little incentive îs offered to its members (T-shirt, bag) which is nice even if they're meant for advertisement. Snap fitness is all worth it. I'm really thankful I found them. It made total sense for me to get this option so my husband could be my workout buddy. We went together on Saturday and were both impressed with how clean the gym was and how easy it was to find cleaning supplies throughout the space. The front desk staff deserve a shout-out--they are always friendly and greet me every time I walk in, which makes a big difference. What truly keeps me coming back, though, is Scott's workout classes. From my very first class, he welcomed me, explained how the class works, and clearly shared his expectations. His words--"If it gets hard, just keep moving"--really stuck with me. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I could actually do it. I've attended his classes on Tuesday and Thursday this week and already plan to be back again on Saturday. She was not willing to work with me on it even when I told her who was handling my stuff. All she said was he got fired and she won't remove my information. Well, 3 months later she made good on her words and they charged my card. Different is, I pay attention to my money and as soon as I saw it I called them to find out the manager was on a 3 hour break. no one called me back so I called my bank and reported it as fraud and it was fixed. This place is truly horrible and Kiran is the absolute bottom of the barrel type of human being.

My experience with EOS has been extremely frustrating. I referred two individuals to this location, which should have qualified me for three months of free membership per their referral program. However, despite multiple attempts to get clarity and resolution, the internal team has been completely unhelpful. Communication has been poor across the board, and it has been nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at a corporate level via phone. At this point, it feels like they have done everything possible to ignore the situation and avoid honoring their own referral incentives. There was no follow-ups, no accountability, and no clear answers. On top of that, I also signed up for assisted stretching services and was very disappointed with the experience. Based on the contract terms, I hand-delivered a cancellation notice to their corporate office in Dallas (off the Tollway), but the cancellation was still denied. Once again, I ran into the same issues with poor communication, lack of follow-up, and it took nearly a month just to get in touch with someone.
