Can't express enough how thankful we are to have found Eric! After months of research and meeting with several different contractors, Eric stood out amongst the others. Let's start with his communication and great customer service. After first contacting him through FB, he was very responsive and always responded timely. After communicating back and forth and finally setting up a meeting, Eric showed up on time and understood exactly the different options we were thinking about. Within a day or two, he provided us with a few different estimates to work from (which were reasonable). We also discussed to the possibility of getting it all done before Thanksgiving, which he said he would try to accomplish. We totally understood with his busy schedule. After we (I...LOL) finally made a decision on tile and style, Eric ordered and picked up the tile for us. Fast forward to the actual job...Eric and crew were very meticulous in laying down drop cloths and paper to protect our floors and countertop. And at the end of each day, they swept and cleaned up before heading out. The craftsmanship was perfect and we appreciated Eric's attention to detail. He replaced a couple of tiles that just weren't exactly perfect to his eye. Of course, they also went above and beyond to also cut and reinstall our crown molding as well as our cabinet molding. Eric took the time and effort ensuring that the work was thorough and complete to not only his customer's satisfaction but to that of his own! Excellent quality work. Eric redid two showers for my client that originally had them done by another contractor that did the waterproofing wrong and had to be torn out. The quality difference was night and day. Besides the waterproofing now actually working Eric is truly a craftsman in the trade. We hired Eric to install our tile (looks like wood) floors and kitchen backsplash. Our tiles, for the floors, were long, wide planks, which are much more difficult to install, and he did a beautiful job! Our kitchen backsplash was stone, and not an easy job either.
