I had no communication with homeowners in the beginning , once I did I found out VERY Quickly how disappointed they were with her . We had agreed to communicate without her which was working fine . It is interesting because they are only helpful and attentive when you are interested in renting out a property, but once you have signed the lease they are MIA. It is frustrating when all we want is to feel comfortable in our house. I would not recommend ever renting an academic property through these people. They are unprofessional and rude.
