He replaced damaged boards on the overhang, replaced roof shingles on the entire roof, and even went out to Home Depot to buy some paint that I didn't have. Finally, he replaced the damaged pulley shade and replaced it with a new one. Tom is a great communicator; he took his time explaining the work he was going to do and did, putting us at ease the entire time. This was on a Friday. He was supposed to buy baseboards over the weekend and paint them and then install on Monday. It lightly snowed on Monday and he didn't show up. Then Tuesday came and he didn't show up and wouldn't answer texts either. He said he was gonna show up on Wednesday. When I confirmed again, he said it was too stressful and he wasn't gonna do the job and kept the $200. Bad faith dealing.
