Working with Keith has been a life-changing experience, truly. I tell basically everyone I know…read moreabout it. After six sessions he's not only transformed my space but my relationship to it: my home is no longer a source of stress and chaos, but a sanctuary where I can fully unwind. I can now maintain a baseline of organization with ease, without needing long weekend cleaning sessions. I know where everything is and don't need to waste time searching for my things. I never thought I could be this type of person. What's special about Keith is that he doesn't just organize, he teaches you the skills required for maintaining an organized home over the long term, tailored to you. He's trained with Marie Kondo and specializes in organizing for ADHD. He asks excellent questions in the decluttering process and has brilliant strategies for organization--I don't have ADHD but find that his methods work very well for my busy pace of life. I've developed a better understanding of why disorganization happens and how to address them and create systems as needed. All that to say, working with Keith is one of the best investments I've ever made. He's also a lovely person to spend an afternoon with, and always communicative, warm, and incredibly punctual. I'm so grateful to him and could not recommend his services more.

Keith is a kind and empathetic man who brought passion, experience, and depth of knowledge about organization and ways of living that I didn't even know existed. I'm independent and self-sufficient and this was the first time I enliste someone's help on matters like this. She made it easy for me. When I contacted her, she was quick to respond and very professional. When I spoke with her on the phone, it seemed that she knew what she was doing and had solid experience. She came across as professional and friendly, competent, clear, and ready to get down to business. I've worked in a few different industries in my adult life and have interviewed prospective employees. My intuition on these things has tended to be solid. Ashley fit the bill. She came across as professional and trustworthy. She described her process for handling sensitive information, which I appreciated. She was also very understanding about a recent death in the family that contributed to my overwhelm. We did all the work remotely. She got me up to speed on a shared password system, a project management system, and kept active lists of what we were each doing. This kept my head clear and me on task. She made things easy, and all the work was completed in time. I'm very grateful to Ashley. I highly recommend her to make your life and/or business much easier!

She was wonderful, and I can safety say I made the right choice of who to help me unpack and organize. So, anything that I couldn't figure out a place for immediately got shoved into the garage. Well, 4 years later in planning for my 4-year old's small, home birthday party my procrastination gave me a nice wake-up call. Waking up in a cold sweat (and traveling for work, to boot!) I had to figure out how to plan this party AND go through years of junk in my garage. AAAAAHHH. Enter Jamie from Herding Cats Concierge. We first met after work to discuss the details (She went out of HER way to meet with me. How awesome is that?). Then, she came over on the weekend when I banished the boys from the house. It was almost like meeting with a therapist. Did I need that box of junk that I didn't look at for 4 years. YES! (Well, ok...maybe not.)Do I really need this large box that used to hold our Mac when we first bought it? NO! Ok, I'll strong-arm the hubby to get rid of it (Read: Asked very nicely). On and on. One box at a time. Jamie was ultra patient and understanding. (that pantry photo is mine. have to post the before photo). Overall, I plan on contacting Jamie again. AND, I plan on giving friends the gift of her services! (Yes, my good friends. I have judged your homes/apartments. Sorry!) So I give Herding Cats Concierge two thumbs up, a fist bump, a high five and a race around the garage (that is now easier to run around in--ask my 4 year old).

Oh my God, where do I start? When I recently had to move and downsize from a house to an apartment,…read moremy cousins gave me a present of 10 hours with their organizer, Chelsy. At first I was reticent as I thought I needed to go through every single piece of paper and how could someone else help me? WELL... Chelsy helped box up everything and helped me decide what to keep, what to recycle, what to donate (she even took care of bringing stuff to various places that accept donations), what to shred (yep, she took care of that too). She was part organizer, part therapist. AND then she came to my apartment after the movers arrived and basically set everything up (with and without my help), came back on other days, framed and hung prints, AND the best is yet to come: I had to go out of town several days later, and Chelsy came to my apartment while I was gone (yes, I gave her the keys - she's VERY trustworthy) and continued to take my life out of boxes and set up my apartment. I returned last night from my trip and expected to walk in the door and be overwhelmed by boxes everywhere. NOPE, my entire apartment was set up, and the small handful of boxes of books and other assorted things I need to go through were well-placed so they're not evident, and I don't trip over them. She set up systems and organized the kitchen drawers and my closets and and and... Chelsy gave me a piece of mind, made my transition so much easier, and contributed to my sanity. I can't praise or recommend her enough. Three thumbs up!

I finally decided to give her a try and hired Chelsey/Xtra Set of Hands to help organize my office closet. She did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. I had her come back to help with my garage. My husband is a pack rat and likes to do crafts, so his stuff is all over the place! The garage was full to the brim with stuff! She cut right through it and quick! She separated all the alike stuff in different piles. Cleaned up the garbage and bagged all the goodwill stuff and then she asked me what I wanted to keep/needed and what I wanted to donate or throw away. I am very happy with the way everything looks and how organized things are! I was amazed how quick she went through stuff and she even took my goodwill items! Most recently I had her back to organize my kitchen. The kitchen was so cluttered, there was too much stuff on the counters and I just didn't have time to deal with it and didn't know where to put everything. The top of the refrigerator was full of boxes and cereal. She put everything in very nice baskets, labeled them and got all the stuff off the counters. She got baskets for the pet stuff in the cabinet and suddenly, I had all this room! It is such a relief and now I have a place for everything! She even brought the baskets and supplies with her. The kitchen looks sooo clean and clutter free now, I just love it!!! I am addicted, I highly recommend her services. It is such a great feeling! I plan on having her come back soon to work on other projects Jeanine DiGiacomo

Not to be dramatic but Miss Clutter is life changing! I needed help with my living space because it…read morewas cluttered with toys and books and no matter how hard we tried we couldn't keep it organized (we have a 3 and 5 year old) We tried to organize ourselves but it didn't work so I was curious when I discovered Miss Clutter because in my mind I was thinking "what can they do differently" And they exceeded my expectations and it's like they are magic! The first step was Danielle came to our home for the initial assessment which was helpful and so worth the additional cost because she helped us brainstorm so we could get ready for they came for the actual declutter and organization. She just has the eye for where things can go and how to reuse what you have to make it work. She says she's not an interior designer but she does appreciate "eye candy" so to me that's all I want. After meeting with her I knew we wanted to use her and her company to help! Also side note- Danielle is just the sweetest person and when I met her I just felt like she was an old friend that I hadn't seen in a long time, you'll love her! The second step was she gave us a wishlist and we ordered things so it would be here and ready! Danielle was awesome with giving different suggestions for bins ect so that it would match the aesthetic needs I was looking for. She also brought things from the container store on the actual day of the decluttering. The third step was the actual process of cluttering and organizing ! We had Fernanda and Klara come and they were nothing short of spectacular! They were so friendly and kind and loved my kids and dog! They are both hard workers and I know we'll use miss clutter again in the future and I want both of them to come to my home! They were efficient and so organized and had great ideas for items I didn't quite have places for. After the whole process was completed my kids have been able to put things back where they are supposed to go and my living room is not a mess anymore and it honestly feels like a miracle! I can't thank Miss clutter and the whole team enough! I will be using them again in the future and if my husband gifted me miss clutter for a birthday-anniversary I would be thrilled because an organized house = organized mind set = happy wife = happy life

UPDATE: Literally as I posted this review, I got a call from Danielle. She offered me a discount…read morefor the disappointment or her time and expertise for the systems I need in place. I am floored by her customer service and true desire to deliver for her clients. I stand by my experience, but stand by even more by Danielle's desire to deliver to her clients. *** Miss Clutter sends hard-working people to your home to organize things. I was a bit disappointed by the experience, because what I truly needed were systems put in place better than what I already had in place. The lead organizer did suggest a wonderful fix for an issue I had, so I appreciated and was grateful for her thoughts on the kids' art corner. Really grateful fix with furniture I already had in the home. Wonderful win! But I didn't get any other suggestions or any issue-spotting from the lead, nor suggestions on how to improve flow in the home. I suppose my own experience with other declutter businesses--like House of Love with Colleen Collins--outshined this one because I am a tired mom who needs someone to lend their mental energy to figure things out for me: how to better organize the kids' clothes, how to create flow for my own clothes and how to create a more peaceful office. Instead, I found myself directing the helpers on what I wanted because they did not have much to add in terms of solutions or issue-spotting. Even in terms of decluttering, when I asked whether I should get rid of a particular item, the answer was "It is up to you." I know it is up to me, but o need your help. That is why I'm spending thousands of dollars on help: because I am tired and need your advice and help to declutter, and see if I have issues in my home. Danielle said she could see several issues in my home based on the videos I sent her, but I didn't really get any advice on those issues. I suppose that is why it is really helpful having Danielle's input, but she never made it. She said she was going to stop by, but was unable to. I texted her afterwards, and she sent me some entryway products, but that was the extent of her input. Another pain point was when I needed to declutter the kid bookshelf. The lead suggested I look through it and see what I wanted to get rid of. I had to ask her to remove all the books so that I could go through them one by one, then have them put them back. I know it was the end of the day, but we had at least 30 minutes and I was surprised that I had to request them to remove the items. It's hard to declutter a bookshelf when the books are stacked on the shelf. There were other examples of how I had to ask them to remove all the items so I can make decluttering choices. They did not ask whether I had other kid books/clothes/items in any part of the house, so there might have been items that missed review. As long as you come into the situation knowing that it might just be people organizing, you'll have a great experience. They make everything look beautiful and clean. I'm a mom of two kids, so the places that only saw things folded and put back will sadly last for a couple of weeks only, but if that is your aim, then you've found the right business. I hate to write a review like this, because the three people worked SO HARD and were so kind. But I felt like I was sold on one product and given another for the same expensive price tag.
