I walked in to the light, bright, and happy-feel-good space and was greeted by a friendly woman who took my order. I decided to go with the Vegan Smashed Avocado Toast and the Nutty Buddy Smoothie. I took a seat on one of the colorful and comfortable seats and modern rustic tables. A few moments later, my Nutty Butty Smoothie was delivered. The smoothie was tasty (Banana, Peanut Butter, Vanilla Vegas Protein, Raw Cacao and Almond Milk). I like that it was not too sweet, but felt that it was lacking a lot of peanut butter flavor. Perhaps an additional scoop was needed? The Vegan Smashed Avocado Toast arrived next. The presentation was super colorful and looked delicious. Gluten-free bread, Smashed Avocado, Sweet Potatoes, Pico de Gallo and Cilantro. This was quite good. I thought the avocado and sweet potato were delicious, and combined with the acidity of the pico de gallo was a great combination. Overall, a very healthy and tasty breakfast option.
