After leaving exact change and briefly returning to retrieve a forgotten USB drive, both associates aggressively confronted me, falsely claiming I was "banned" from the store--a complete lie out of nowhere. When questioned, Bobby simply taunted me repeatedly on my way out. Looking at other reviews here, it's clear Bobby's rudeness and unprovoked hostility are a ongoing trend for this location. I am in there several days a week, and I know everyone by name and they all seem to know mine, the feeling you get from being in there is always a fhappy smiley feeling when you leave. I get my mail at a PO Box quite often if I don't go in to pick up a package I will still just pop my head in and say hello to them. I've seen almost a complete staff turnover over the years, it's been gradual, but it's there. But the new ones coming in are just as knowledgeable, professional, and friendly as all the folks working there over the last 50 years.

Abel took the time to listen and creatively build a custom solution from materials he had on hand, even though they didn't carry exactly what I needed. When I offered to pay, he kindly declined, saying it was simply extra material he keeps for situations like this. I returned again for additional pieces, and he once more went above and beyond to make sure everything was secure. I've heard that Longs drugs will make copies and Cafe @ la Plague has computers with Internet access, printers and fax. Also, the business center at the Marriott in Wailea is technically open to the public and I've used it in a pinch.

Having already called 1 hour earlier to confirm they were a UPS drop-off point, had envelopes for shipping etc, I arrived with a single envelope to send. The clerk said she'd have to fill out the forms on the internet. OK, she walks over to a Dell laptop, opens the cover and PRESTO! I hear the whine of a 56k dial-up modem connecting to the internet? What's going on here? Nothing wrong with that, but remember they bill themselves as a business center and offer PCs at $30/hr? For dial-up? And to boot, in the midst of this process, the clerk informs me that the price from the UPS website isn't the price they charge. They add on a handling fee! Whoops. That wasn't mentioned an hour ago when I called. So how much, I naturally inquire? "Don't know", she says. "I'll have to look it up". Really? "Don't bother, you didn't say that an hour ago when I called", was my response as I was walking out. I guess because they're located on Kihei and serve mainly the tourist crowd, they think they can gouge customers at will because there's little chance they'll ever see them again?
