I'm not really sure what happened with the other reviewer but my experience was the complete opposite. I brought in my Galaxy S5 with a broken LCD from dropping it. I told Moiz that I could still get notifications but the screen was black. He explained what happened and gave me a 2 hour timetable. I told him I needed it faster as I had to be somewhere. I was told to come back in an hour and a half to check the progress. I came back earlier than what he said and he was actually waiting for me. Screen is good as new and has tempered glass to help protect the screen better now. No issues in the 3 days since I had it repaired. Scammers. My pawpaw locked me out my tablet. He changed the password and forgot it. -_- so I brought it here Bc it's close. They told me it would be 70$ to restart it. I called them a over week later Bc it shouldn't take that long to restart a tablet and they told me they couldn't fix it Bc they couldn't charge it. I've known Sam, the owner for about 6 years, since they first opened and he's always taken perfect care of any issues I have with my computers and has the lowest prices. Just recently I brought my daughter's Mac, which out of the blue burnt the screen and he's fixing it for half of what Apple charged me. Make sure that you negotiate the price. Whatever price they give you, is going to be wildly exaggerated. In addition, they initially tried to sell me a "refurbished" MacBook instead of fix my computer. They threw on services that I did not ask for w/o my permission, so the final price was high. Because the receipt I was given was not itemized, they were able to charge me for other things aside from the one thing I asked for them to fix. When I returned to ask for a refund for the services I was given that I didn't ask for or want, they treated me very rudely and told me that I was trying to cheat them. read more

the most pathetic experience I have ever had in my life. I Paid $90 for iPhone 6 screen replacement they took 4 hours to replace my iPhone screen. after 4 hours I got my phone with new screen but touch wasn't working and they also damaged aluminum-body of my iPhone when I asked him if he could fix aluminum-body he was checking at YouTube. they don't have qualified technicians. read more
