We've made appointments and once we arrive they tell us that it was either never scheduled or they had issues with the insurance. It would be nice if they could have notified us of the issues before we took time off work and show up for our "appointment ". Once they've informed us that we weren't scheduled, we personally asked the receptionist to reschedule our appointment and she said they would call us once they verified with the insurance; here we are over a month later and have not heard from them. We called the insurance to see what's going on and the insurance said they never heard from this office either of the two times. We need to look for another Endocrinologist! Beware
