Dr. Albritton focuses on general medicine, women's health and medical management for weight loss. She has seen my parents through cancer, numerous elderly issues and now dementia. The office staff is friendly and very helpful when I call with questions or concerns. She has been a blessing in our lives.

It was not lunchtime. The call went straight to voicemail. I called again several times, waiting several minutes between each call, and the same thing happened. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the doctor and had to go to Urgent Care. I had actually wanted to make Dr. Albritton my PCP from a while back, due to the positive reviews of the doctor herself. I was in the process of officially making her my PCP with my insurance when this happened. How incompetent can this staff be? No matter how superb of a provider Dr. Tiffany Albritton is, she is destroyed by the sheer nonexistence of her staff. If they do exist, they should be replaced with staff members who actually pick up the phone during business hours. If they don't exist at a certain point, fine. But for them to be absent for the whole duration of the period I incessantly called? I don't understand why any doctor would want to surround herself by staff that do nothing but bring her and her image down and create an aura of frustration and disappointment among her patients.

I brought my elderly father along with myself because I felt we needed a second opinion on diagnosis. Dr Zaidi and staff did thorough charting and ran several test and noticed several low levels hormones , inflammation markers etc on my father's labs. Dr.Zaidi aggressively started treating my father with holistic measures as well with a Vitamin IV. As a nurse myself I'm proud to say Dr Zaidi is my physician. I recieved an Vitamin IV along side my father today. I feel refreshed, rejuvenated and shocked at the glow of my skin with the special formula picked out for me. Can't wait until my next one. This practice seems to bite off more than it can chew. I've been a patience for about 3 years,…read moresince leaving home for university. Although I am a patient of Dr. Knafo, I've only spoken to her 3 of the minimum 9 times I had appointments. The other visits I was seen by two other female doctors. Now this isn't a big issue if you are going for smaller concerns like check ups and well woman exams but I had a continuous stomach issue that the lack of consistency in visits very negatively effected. I ran the same tests multiple times and explained the same symptoms/reactions to the doctors each visit and we ran in circles. I understand this is a family practice and not a specialist, but at some point it's up to the doctors to admit they don't know and refer me to someone else. It took a year of this before I broke down crying and begged for them to refer me. I would like to commend Dr. Knafo on what she is TRYING to do. When I did get to meet with her she was very caring and serious about my mental health. ( I have anxiety and depression ) Although, I believe this effected her judgement a little too much, I often felt like she wouldn't take my other physical health concerns seriously until I started taking medication as she strongly urged for me to start taking lexipro whenever I saw her. I've been doing well with my mental health, and would often express to her the reason behind my being so wound up and on the verge of tears in her office is because I was a 19 year old college student battling a mystery issue and running the same tests every visit. Making appointments is easy, everything else over the phone is hit or miss depending on if they feel like taking your call at that time.

Dr. Jorge Luengas has been our primary care physician for over 10 years. I credit him with saving…read moremy moms life -- twice. Once for heart disease (required a triple bypass surgery in 2001) and once for breast cancer (2008). He caught signs and symptoms very early on, and she was able to make a recovery in both instances. He also was an invaluable help when I was diagnosed with type II diabetes. He took the time to sit with me explaining how it was going to change my life, but not to let it get me down. He truly listens to his patients needs. In a world where medicine has become about how much profit can be made, its nice to find a physician who still genuinely cares about the needs of his patients and responds to each of them as if they were his only appointment for the day. Getting an appointment is fairly easy, I've always been able to get in same day for major items, and within a day or two for minor issues. Parking is a little tight, but there is a blood lab in the same facility (suite 15) so that is quite convenient. And he never makes fun of me for having a fear of needles and still being a big baby when it comes to them.

What I don't appreciate is when medical practitioners get offended when you ask questions, or challenge theories when it comes to your own health. It is my body and my life, I think every patient should ask questions and challenge conventional theories. I have a thyroid issue. I am trying to find ways to heal it. I have been seeing Dr. Horsefield for maybe 5 years now, and have noticed passive aggressiveness before... but what I recently experienced is clearly unacceptable. I saw him for my regular annual appointment 3 months ago. My TSH levels were too high, so I got on some thyroid supplements and we retested about 6 weeks later. The results came in and the TSH levels were too low. I have since readjusted my medication and sent him an email politely asking if he could order the bloodwork to retest my levels so I can ensure i am now healthy and found the right balance. His response was callous. I have attached a photo with the passive aggressive response, where he makes it clear that he wont put the test in the system because he doesn't get paid for "answering emails, ordering tests, reviewing tests, communicating test results and maintenance of records" ..... REALLY? Aren't those tasks associated with being a doctor? I would be happy to pay him, for me it isn't about the money at all. In addition, clearly SOMEONE is getting paid when I order these lab tests because I'm charged thousands of dollars for them. All I need though is the bloodwork.... and he doesn't have availability for 2 months!?! I'm extremely disappointed that someone in the healthcare field is so much more concerned about their wallet than their patients health. Also if he wanted to charge me a processing fee that is fine, but his solution is clearly not in my best interest to wait 2 months and potentially do irreversible damage to my body.

Initially went for a physical and was told to wait 2 days for MD to sign and send back to me. After constantly following up and being patient, I still have not received my physical and it has been a week since my initial visit. Extremely displeased with lack of communication and carelessness. Only positive I can say is that Dr. Torres is amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and understanding.
