Growth is inevitable, whether they took this opportunity to provide better service in this instance or not. It will happen again to another patient. They can stay comfortable, kicking ppl out that are dissatisfied. But that not how you run an effective business or grow. Whoever is in charge should know this.

My mucus switched back from green to clear in no time. I can sleep again. I'm grateful to Dr. Manuel. On my first visit, he spent much more time with me than any other doctor ever has. He got a clear picture of my family's medical history, from which we discussed my possible risks. He followed up with an emailed order for blood work, and which we had also discussed during the visit. He displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. It's really frustrating because it takes months in advance to get the time slot you need to get an OBGYN, and you can't schedule similar appointments in case that happens. Ridiculous. It's not my problem if you double booked. The appointment itself is only about 30 minutes. Now I can't get the other appointment back.

He is not a pharmaceutical doctor, he does not push pharmaceuticals like most doctors he try's to fix problems through exercise, diet & life style change if he can.
