Can I say super awesome! I had my lasik from them a couple years ago. Actually, it's been more than a couple years ago. Every year I go for my follow-up to make sure that I keep my lifetime warranty. And I'm amazed that I'm still seeing this great this long after the surgery. Still better than 2020 Now I'm a financial analyst. Why do I bring that up? Well for two reasons. First. Forget stocks, this is been my best investment. I have saved so much money not having to buy contact lenses and glasses over the last few years. Not to mention the enjoyment which is hard to quantify. All this for I can't even remember how much I paid but I think it was a little over 2K. It's like a 500% return. Second. This Houston office if there is this awesome because it's right by where I work. Tie into the financial analyst because we all work downtown. With the Houston office right off 59 freeway I can literally go here during lunchtime and get my yearly check and be back in office without missing the ticker. I always enjoy my visits here. Every time I go there reminds me of why I went with them in the first place. You just don't get that sleazy car salesman feel. Everybody's friendly and respectful. The doctor is clearly know what they're doing. They've treated my wife, my brother, my cousin, my boss, and a few other people and everybody is really happy. My boss wasn't a candidate so they implanted a contact lens or something like that, which I don't appreciate because now he can see what I'm doing all the time. JK. Dr. Khoker is THE BEST eye doctor I have ever been too!!! I had an eye doctor for 20 yrs. who was never able to diagnose what ended up to be an autoimmune disease. After many years of struggling with dry eyes, I decided to get a second opinion. I went to Dr. Khoker and after looking at my chart, he simply said " I want you to go and get bloodwork". I was shocked but said ok. With that one visit and a blood test... DR. KHOKER was the ONLY doctor who was able to connect the dots. It turned out I had SJOGRENS SYNDROME. I was shocked that ALL the other incompetent doctors that I had been going to over the course of many years didn't even have a clue!!! I never thought of it before but Jerri was so good at explaining things in terms that I can udnerstand that I thougth Hey I can do this. So I expected good treatment and that's what I got. Everybody was nice and courteous. But surgery day is amazing. They give you a teddy bear, tuchk you in with a blanket, hold your hand....I felt like a little kid. But proof was the next day. I'ts hard to described to somebody who has not had lasik what it means. when you wear glasses you don't realize how confined your world is. During my quest to find the perfect lasik experience I read tons of reviews and inquired about other's experiences only to stumble upon this gem on Groupon. It never crossed my mind to look there, but I am happy I did. Every appointment each staff member I encountered made this process pleasant. The office staff was so nice, and even during the actual procedure the doctor/nurses literally cheered me on. The treatment staff was knowledgeable, and told me everything I could expect. I had my Lasik procedure done last week. The process went very quickly and smooth. The staff was nice. They we're very professional and patient, as I had a lot of questions. They explained the pros and cons of Lasik, checked and re checked measurements to make sure they were correct beforehand. Throughout the procedure, the Dr. and nurse explained every step before it was done. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. After the procedure was completed, they made sure I was okay, they explained the after care instructions once again and also provided me with written instructions.
