The final shirt gave exactly what I was hoping for and made our experience so much better. They have an online presence where you can see a variety of examples. They have an onsite location where you can see examples, place your order and pick up. They will make 2 mockups for you for $25 each. The only area they can improve on, based on my experience, is the follow up with the communication. I didn't think that I was going to get my shirts in time because it took forever to get the final design mockup that was representing what I asked for. I would've rather spoken to the artist directly the first time to share my vision. Instead I had to tell it to the front store manager who passed it on to them and maybe some information got left out or wasn't explained like how I did. But either way we eventually got it right and I was so happy.

Working in an office that uses flags often, we can count on Capitol Flag to provide us with what we need, quickly, and efficiently. We have numerous events throughout the year when we need to give out small flags of different countries and they provide us with the correct flags, flag posts, and books to match them up against (seriously, we have 99 countries represented where I work--you try memorizing all those flags). The service here was competent and pretty friendly. The store is somewhat cluttered and claustrophobic, but they provide so many different types of flags. Regardless of the size that you're looking for, Capitol Flag can provide you with what you need.
