The technician drawing my blood was pleasant and the person at the front desk was friendly. The service is on point. Bathroom is immaculate. I imagine it would have to be with all the disinfectant products laying all around. The office overall is very small and the waiting room can accommodate up to 10 people. Check in is pretty efficient and easy with the self-guided tablet. I 100% would come back again.

Check-in is easy if you are used to current technology. If you have difficulty with technology (signing in on a touch-screen) I recommend bringing someone with you. The pros--they have always been extra nice and helpful, gentle and patient. The atmosphere with the phlebotomists has always been cheerful. The Quest closest to our house never knows whats going on, never can figure out our insurance, has zero patience for kids and never uses butterfly needles. We drive to the Museum District location because someone recommended it and that is where we will always go. We've had a few different phlebotomists and they have all been excellent! Minus one star because it is a good point about the parking, but 20 stars for the staff!

There was no clear way to ask questions unless an employee happened to come out to call a patient. When I inquired, I was told there was no one available to answer questions. Since my doctor sent the order electronically, I did not have any paperwork with me and was simply instructed that I could go to any Quest location for testing. However, important information such as cut-off times for certain tests was not listed on the website or shown when booking an appointment online, which made the process confusing. While I would not have minded rescheduling if necessary, what made the experience especially negative was the attitude of the staff. Rather than offering assistance, they seemed dismissive and unwilling to help. I observed one employee (the black lady) serve multiple people who arrived well after I did, while I continued to wait. She looked right at me each time she called a new patient-- and she knows she had an attitude. This created the impression that I was being ignored intentionally. Ultimately, I left without being seen and scheduled at a different location. (Which I'm sure the staff didn't care since they didn't want to work anyways. It's disappointing to feel treated poorly simply for asking a question. Patients often come in during limited time windows--sometimes rushing from work, dealing with parking, or trying to locate the facility for the first time. A little courtesy and clear communication would go a long way.

There are two offices that share the nicely decorated and dimly lit suite with tv's and free Wi-Fi. They offer coffee and water as well. The large, clean restroom is wheelchair accessible. Elizabeth was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in understanding the paperwork. Brenda took my pulse and was very sweet, personable and funny! The exam room was clean and toasty. Nice change from freezing hospitals! Dr, Goel dealt with me intelligibly and listens really well. She is thorough and explains things so that you understand.

I checked into Quest via my phone, received a response back quickly they were ready for me. This location was very convenient for me in terms on getting my blood work done and getting to work at a reasonable time. Booking the appointment was painless, text reminders were just right, not too many and not to few. About an hour before my appointment received a reminder and COVID question. Easy Peasy. I hate hate hate having blood work done. My veins are very small and it's usually a painful event. Notice I said usually??? That's right, one stick in my hand and the blood was flowing. I'm a happy camper, I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes and pain free. No large bruises on my arms , no bruise on my hand.

Had an appointment for 2:15 today 9/9/22 for simple blood work. I arrived with doors locked…read more Waited....someone from the inside opened the door at 2:34 to tell me they're not accepting patients because of intermittent power issues. I asked "why wasn't I notified, you have my info." She said "we can't control power issues, our staff went to another location to work." I asked "ok but I have appointment, why didn't you notify patients with appointments? And does that other location take walk-ins considering your issues." She said "i don't know." She didn't acknowledge her complete failure to notify me in advance. She showed more enthusiasm putting scotch tape to a paper on their door than dealing with patients. Poor professionalism. Solution: If the location is going to be closed in the middle of an afternoon, call your patients with appointments in advance before they drop by and have to deal with that cold and dry staff.

The only drawback about this place is probably the parking/traffic situation - their lot is very small, with entrances to the lot on Shepherd Drive.
