This required very long screws that were not painted and this was handled as well. The second task was to repair/replace and existing fan, again in a peaked ceiling of about 14'. Initial job was to test whether power was reaching the fan. It was not. Net step was checking the switches and it was not. On to checking the switch which turned out to be faulty. Upon replacement, fan actually worked. I was very impressed that one of the owners and a helper showed up on time (acutally a bit early). Job required both a 24 foot ladder and a 16 foot ladder. Price was exceptionally reasonable (less that cost of new 400 fan I was able to return via Amazon. These folks are the true deal with service, great attitude and bi-lingual. Do not hesitate to hire these folks. Angel and his team are exceptional, quality human beings.

My house is a relatively small home (1500 sqft). Pro Attic (Amy ) helped me to get a very competetive quote; (Joe) helped me understand what are some of my issues and their solutions which aligned with my research. Then there was the installation crew who wrestled excellent (Stevan, Rolando, Johnny, William, Jose and Roberto). These guys were friendly, hard working, through - bottom line they did a quality job. At multiple phases of the job they stopped and allowed me to review the job. I am no expert but the guys would take the time to explain things to me. first communication was great up till work had been done. when work was done thing not done that…read morewas told will be done and was included on estimate. major problem is worker removed my ac drain tube from the drain pipe and left it there so after 3 hours of my ac running when they was done with the work i had a major water leak from my ceiling in my kitchen from it. the was told by estimator wooden floor walk was in middle of attic leading to my ac unit would be left it was not. they cracked my ceiling in 2 different location. sent and email about it and was contacted next day and that was it have not heard anything since then as i was told i would get a call back
