When I reminded her that I was using my Groupon, she appeared irritated, let out a heavy sigh, and then said, "Never mind," then honoring the Groupon. I returned because I had already purchased a package, which I now regret. On the last visit, I brought my child, who is autistic (ASD), after seeing other clients bring their children. During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.

Today, I went in for a powder full set and a pedicure. I asked for my nails to be slightly longer than the very short length I usually get. Both technicians were pleasant, although they repeatedly tried to upsell additional services, which I politely declined. My powder full set is normally $45, but today I was charged $48. When I asked if prices had increased, the cashier said no. I received a 10% discount and redeemed 260 reward points for an additional $10 off, totaling $17 in discounts. Later, when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed a $3 charge for "extra length." I was confused because my nails were only slightly longer than usual. I called the salon, and the employee explained that the charge was because my nails were considered long. I told her I wasn't looking for a refund, but I would stop by so she could see the length in person. When I returned, she again stated that my nails were long enough to justify the extra charge. I didn't argue, but I let her know I would be sharing my experience in a review. This is not my first issue with the salon. On Christmas Eve, Sam (one of the twins) did my nails, and the results were very poor. Instead of properly fixing the problem, he tried covering it with a sticker. I paid and left because I was too frustrated to deal with it that day. The day after Christmas, I returned and another technician corrected the work. The experience felt personal because Sam had done my nails before, and while my tips may not be huge, I always tip. Unfortunately, between the inconsistent pricing and past service issues, I have decided not to return to this business. Are these nails long enough for an extra charge?

When she arrived on time, she was told that Amy was busy and would be available in about 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, the staff informed her that Amy was still occupied and that the wait would be another 20-30 minutes. Instead of honoring the appointment that had been booked, the staff repeatedly encouraged her to switch to a different technician and tried to persuade her to get other services. If Amy was not available at the scheduled time, this should have been communicated in advance rather than after my sister arrived and had already waited. Making customers wait beyond their appointment time and then pressuring them to accept a different technician is unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. Frustrated by the situation, my sister left without receiving any service. Appointments should mean something. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this salon.
