I specifically told Tony that I wanted all the stump grinding waste removed at least 6" below grade to be ready for papers, he nodded like salesman do and we agreed on a price. On the morning his crew showed up I reminded him about the stump and he told me they don't grind the stump and I needed to tell the stump guy when he showed up later in the week. I should have canceled the job right then. The stump guy was pleasant but said he doesn't haul away thedirt/mulch but he'd try to grind 6" below grade. Anyway, I have been shoveling mulch for 2 months in this heat and am only 2/3 through the pile. Called Tony to see if they could help out if they a few minutes after a job , no luck, just so sorries! Sorry I trusted them and hired them on my bro in laws recommendation! Get it in writing! I told Tony during the walk through prior to quote that I wanted it below grade and the mulch removed, he just nodded! It wasn't until my yard was full of people and equipment that I was told you that someone else would grind the stump and leave the mess. Got quotes from 900 to 1600 to remove the waste. The $900 dollar crew showed up, filled a 4x8 trailer, I paid them 300 for the load. They called and said the couldn't finish the job without a loader. Wouldn't have accepted your bid in the first place had I been told I would be left with this debris. NOT INDUSTRY STANDARD TO FARM OUT GRINDING AND LEAVE A HUGE PILE OF DEBRIS IN BEACH PARK NEIGHBORHOODS!

Recently, my tenants let me know the yard had been severely neglected, especially the backyard. When I brought it up to Brandon, the owner, he said the crew hadn't accessed the backyard in weeks due to a locked gate. Instead of simply knocking on the door or informing me, they just skipped it--without saying a word--while continuing to charge me for full service. After canceling the service, I hired a new company to assess the yard. The photos they sent were disturbing: weeds overtaking the gravel areas, a palm tree broken in half due to decay, and no signs of proper maintenance--none of which was ever reported to me. My tenants also mentioned the crew is usually on-site for no more than five minutes. The only consistent effort has been a quick, sloppy weed-whacking around the grass edges. Debris, leaves, and weeds pile up around the mulch and patio unless the tenants clean it themselves. As an out-of-town homeowner, I trusted Royal Tree and Palm to do their job and communicate. Instead, they delivered poor, inconsistent service and took advantage of the fact that I wasn't there to see it. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
