    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience earned one…read more James came out to diagnose our refrigerator's ice maker and was very confident he knew the problem. We approved the repair he recommended and paid for the replacement part and labor. Four days later, the ice maker still wasn't working. When I called expecting additional troubleshooting or a plan to determine the actual problem, the conversation quickly shifted to offering a partial refund on the part and suggesting we find someone else. That was surprising considering how certain he had been during the original diagnosis. What stood out throughout the experience was a level of condescension that made communication difficult. My wife witnessed him speaking to one of his own employees in a way that was genuinely uncomfortable to watch, and unfortunately that same attitude carried over into our interactions. Nobody expects a technician to be right 100% of the time. What customers do expect is professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to stand behind the diagnosis when the first repair doesn't solve the problem. My recommendation: if you hire this company, do not consider the job complete until the appliance is actually working. Replacing a part and fixing a problem are not always the same thing.
