Maybe I should have questioned the team member about their payment policies, but I believe they should be explicit and upfront about the fact that they do not take credit cards or checks. When the technician showed up I told him that I was not able to get to the link that was sent to me via text which was my quote and he responded, "You don't have a smart phone? You're going to need a smart phone to pay." I told him that they should have told me that before I scheduled and, at that point, was ready to scrap the appointment. He then said they would make an "exception" for me and would take my check. He went ahead and did a good job -- the upholstery does looks great. But, their phone customer service really needs to be better.

WOW. I was completely blown away with Geoffrey's competence and professionalism. He was able to remove red stains that previous carpet cleaning companies either couldn't or wouldn't. Prior to truck mounted steam cleaning, he used a machine to groom carpeting and pulled out piles of matted hair that I had no clue was even there. These guys completely restored the 'uglied-out' carpeting in my Happy Valley rental home. There were several urine spots removed and TONS of matted hair groomed out.
