The technician was only there for about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the results were very disappointing. When the cleaning was finished, the technician mentioned there was one stain he could not remove. I wanted to inspect the work, but he kept ushering me out, saying, "It's wet," and assured me it was only a small stain that was barely noticeable. Unfortunately, I trusted him and made the mistake of not checking everything before he left. After the carpets dried, we discovered it wasn't just one small stain--there were several stains and spots that had not been removed at all. When we contacted the owner about the issue, instead of standing behind the work, he tried to charge us extra to address problems that should have been handled during the original cleaning. Our landlord then referred us to a different carpet cleaning company. They charged $350--half the price we paid--and cleaned the entire house properly. They were able to remove all of the stains that this company claimed could not be removed. To make matters worse, when my husband left an honest review about our experience, the owner responded with misleading statements, including claims about offering a "refund" that never happened. He also tried to argue over the difference between "spots" and "stains."
