Communication was straightforward and easy. The work itself went above and beyond what I expected. I initially thought I had four locks to change, but he ended up handling all six. He also proactively offered to replace the deadbolt, including adjusting the strike plate, doing the necessary chiseling, and aligning the door so the bolt closed cleanly. He made sure everything was keyed consistently, fixed alignment issues with the door and hardware, and even addressed a turn knob that wasn't seating properly -- all without hesitation. I got to the home and had no way of getting in as the key that was to be used for Emergency was not where it was suppose to be. The officers said they could not go into the house even though I was requesting a welfare check. Luckily our maintenance guy had painted a lot of the things shut so I was able to tell after he left that he did not do three of our vents or the air return and we only had five!!
