In the past, we had been using portable AC units, but they were extremely loud, didn't cool our rooms with vaulted ceilings, and during the wildfires they let in large amounts of smoky air. We knew ductless ACs were the way to go because they are quiet, powerful and cool the indoor air only (no smoky outside air brought inside and no leaky window venting). I called several local companies for quotes and Zach from All Seasons was clearly the best choice by far. Zach was the most responsive, professional, knowledgeable and reliable of all the companies interviewed. Zach quickly arranged an appointment to give us a quote for a mini split ductless AC system, and he even coordinated his visit with an electrician to ensure the quote was as accurate as possible. A few days later, we had scheduled the AC installation. Zach and his recommended electrician Dan were both very professional and extremely easy to work with. Zach always texted or called before arriving, and kept us up to date on the installation process every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure our new ductless AC units were working perfectly, spending extra time to make sure everything was just right. We couldn't have been happier with the process and the results! We've had a some very hot days already and we can't believe how quickly and quietly our new AC units cool our home!! It's amazing to be cool and comfortable when it's 95+ outside. We've been telling all of our neighbors about Zach and All Seasons Heating & Cooling and highly recommend them.

The company has Mitsubishi Diamond Elite Contractor status, the highest designation, which reflects advanced Mitsubishi training and support access -- something I have since learned is vitally important. They took care of all the rebate paperwork, left my home spotless, and provided the kind of service you remember companies providing in your childhood (I'm old). Furthermore, the cost of the installation was significantly less than another larger local company. When I later had issues with another company on a similar installation that did not hold that certification, the difference in expertise became very clear. He did some of the work, I paid him $2,500, and then he could not actually figure out how to connect them. He walked away mid job saying he hadn't done them before. I didn't get any money back. Something seemed really off. I then called two other plumbers to review Benjamin's work and finish it. Both plumbers said it was not done correctly by Benjamin.
