I talked to several contractors about the deck and while JCS wasn't the cheapest, Carlos the owner really knew his stuff and they could start and get it done in my time frame. They did a fantastic job, even replaced a few rotten boards. They really took the time and care to treat the wood appropriately before applying the stain and to explain how important it was to let it cure before putting anything on it. They even did all the moving of the furniture and plants off the deck and came back and put it all back together. Highly recommend.

Shah and his team assisted us to install square frame molding and Trims around the walls and also remodeled the ceiling with stunning covings and LED light strip (day light color). Now, it is transformed to entirely another level of luxury apartment. All the walls are painted light and creamy blue tone with satin finish while the ceiling color is white with flat finish. We used Sherwin Williams premium products for the entire project. Shah has good idea about the color and has provided free color consultation. He has managed the project entirely transparent from start to finish. He always kept us in the loop in every step. I loved his skill and professionalism. They said it would take 2 days to complete, and on the second day I wasn't thrilled with how the floors looked..The flooring guy did not fill holes and the finish is already starting to peel off. It was also annoying that I kept having to point out spots missed from painting. The company they use for a deep clean came late and barely did anything.There was a lot of creaking beforehand, and after they were done with the job, there was barely any left It turned into a huge fight, and we had to kick them out. What could have been a good experience was ruined because they just didn't want to bother going the extra mile to make sure everything was right.

They do not look like they were painted, they look like I bought them that way. That's professional. That's beautiful. That's art. They do not cut corners! Please note that they do not just paint your cabinets and call it a day. It's an extensive and laborious multi-step process, which they take care and effort to complete. Lots of washing and sanding and priming - then painting. They even patch any existing damaged areas. They are thorough and detailed! Clean. I confess - I'm a bit of a neat freak. I also have really expensive wood floors that I was slightly freaking out about them getting paint on. NOPE. Not one tiny little, stray spec of paint anywhere.
