Pat came in and transformed our entire property. We had a mixture of concrete, several additions to the original layout, and it looked pretty hodge-podge. Pat suggested a staining technique that came out beautiful. We did the darker boarder/lighter walkway all the way around the house. It brought the entire project together and saved us a ton of money VS replacing the concrete. Great guys, very careful with the details. Don't do it! Find another company. I used HSS Hardscape for a brand new project (not a restoration project) that required a very light cleaning and sealing of all porcelain tiles. The end result was tan grout turned white/gray and dark brown grout turned white/light brown. HSS used a power wash and degreaser on the brown tile and a light acid wash on the tan grout. Not only did HSS ruin the color of the grout, the power washer they used removed a lot of grout on the brown tiles which required repair work after they left the premises. Not only did the power washer remove a lot of grout it also "leeched" the grout causing the polymers in the grout to rise to the surface, hence the tan grout turned white/gray and dark brown grout turned white/ light brown. It was so bad I stopped them from sealing the brown tiles so I could have a chance to repair some of the damaged done. HSS did give back the money I paid for the sealing of the brown tiles since the work was not completed at my request. It's unfortunate to have the grout now look like crap when all that was needed was a very light cleaning and sealing. read more

We were looking for someone to clean our backyard pavers, add sand, and seal them. Pat noticed we had a lot of stamped concrete in the front and back of our house where the color had completely faded out after 25 years and suggested he could stain them. He explained the process in detail so a novice like us understood what could be done. Pat's knowledge of concrete was impressive and we had it all done at a very reasonable price. Both the stained concrete and pavers looked like new. It came out even better than we thought it possibly could.
