The Driveway Guys deserve way more than five stars. Jacob, Tony, and Tristan are reliable, communicative, and super kind young men with excellent attention to detail. At every stage of our project, they went above and beyond our expectations. We recently hired exterior painters who, unfortunately, wrecked our newly installed pavers. They improperly pressure washed at a PSI that was too high, leaving wand scarring and blasting paver sand to the point there was little left. In addition, the painters used electrical tape instead of painter's tape to affix plastic that was intended to protect the pavers. The irony is that the electrical tape residue stuck to the pavers and could not be removed. It was a gut wrenching disaster. I called The Driveway Guys who promptly arrived and presented a plan to properly pressure wash, re-sand, stain, and seal our patio pavers, outdoor kitchen countertop, courtyard pavers, side yard, and driveway. Thanks to the expertise of The Driveway Guys, the results are nothing short of AMAZING! As a side note, our neighbors had pointed out that the inept painters had poured paint water in our community flower bed and on the adjacent curb. My husband and I were discussing how to remove it when Tony approached and began sanding the dried paint water from the curb. What a let down. Such a cool name of a company to be backed and supported by terrible customer service. Called to have a stain removed on my driveway and was told they'd be out the next day between 1-3pm. Instead of someone showing up between 1-3pm, they called me to said to tell the what caused the stain and they didn't want to come out "to just look at it". You knew the situation before, why would you tell me You'd be out between 1-3pm the next day if you wanted to know the next day, what exactly the product was? I got the name of the product and manufacturer, sent it to the owner with no response. I then followed up hours later to ask if he got the name of the product and manufacturer with no response. That was yesterday and still haven't heard from them. I'll never use or recommend them again, too bad. read more

The driveway guys did a great job cleaning up my dirty concrete. They tried to remove a lot of the blotches by staining it, but unfortunately, my concrete was too far gone with salt residue and algae from underneath. They spent three days working on it. They put seven layers of stain on but were not successful covering up the blotches. In the end they gave me extra stain so that I can try to do it myself. They promised to come back in a year or two to provide some maintenance on it, probably through cleaning. I give them a five star for trying so hard. Our experience was very positive. The slate was an old and tired stamped concrete driveway and patio walkway in need of a new aesthetic. I had the pleasure of hiring The Driveway Guys to work on my worn concrete deck.  Initially, I had wanted to do some sporadic patching of concrete that had weathered and deteriorated on my deck, but when I looked at the before and after photos of the concrete renovations in their portfolio, I was impressed and knew that anything was possible in terms of beautifying my ugly concrete patio.  Jim Uhler, Jacob, and Tony arrived at my residence to complete the job.  First, they power cleaned the entirety of the deck, and then, afterwards, carefully repaired the damaged, eroded areas of stamped concrete, which were numerous and all over the place.  I was impressed with their close attention to detail, as they skillfully patched all of the affected areas.  I noticed that the repaired concrete they had worked on now exhibited the same natural shape of the original, stamped concrete "stones."  The next day, they evenly applied the concrete stain in the color of my choice, which contained a sealant.  On another day, they returned and carefully applied the glossy finish that I had requested.  The Driveway Guys did a spectacular job and my concrete deck looks way better than it did when I bought the condo 20 years ago - it now has a sheen and luster that I didn't think was likely that I'd ever see again without a total demo and re-pour (see "after" photo). I hired the Driveway Guys (10) yrs ago to stain and seal my pool deck with a non-skid sealer. Jim Uhler met with me to insure the color was exactly what we wanted. They completed that job in a professional manner. Now, many years later, I asked Jim to stain and seal our 1,700 square foot driveway. Starting with the initial call, Jim came out the same day to provide a quote which I found to be competitive. He coordinated the job working with our schedule due to the fact we had to find a place to park our vehicles off-site. Jim was very conscientious in getting the color right. From start to finish he was on the job ensuring the stain and sealer were properly applied. We have a tree that was dropping seeds and leaves which made the job difficult. Jim and Moe must have swept the driveway 50 times to eliminate debris being stuck in the sealer. The job is finished and the Final Product is a 10!
