Thirsty at the right moment when I drove near this place. First time drive thru resulted in friendly helpful service, and a gallon of my last time discovered favorite; green almond, for only $6.99! And while at the window the apple caramel was screaming my name and I needed to give it a try and ordered the huge cup, that luckily fits perfectly in the cup holder. I was meeting a friend at a nearby restaurant that we thought was opening 30 minutes earlier. We then pivoted to plan B...walked across the street to HTeaO Pflugeville, specializes in freshly brewed iced tea, offering 20 + flavors made hourly using double-pass reverse osmosis water. Popular choices include Sweet Almond Green, Texas Chai, Watermelon Mint and Peach Ginger. They also serve coffee drinks (hot & iced), lemonade specialty drinks like the Dirty Cherry Poppi". Cup sizes range from small cups to gallons, and they even sell 5-gallon jugs for those tea totelers that love their teas. My friend bought a brewed coffee with almond milk. I purchased a small tea - mango fusion, wild raspberry and ginger peach mix. Refreshing and flavorful. My friend said her coffee got better as she drank it. The servers were not friendly at all nor super helpful. They seemed unphased by the fact that being our first visit. In fact a customer had to point us to the menu and offer tea suggestions. The teas and coffee were delicious.... The service not so much. I would like to try more flavors but hope for a new set of servers. There is no inside seating and two chairs out front. I did it, I finally made the trip as I've been dying to get some H Tea O for years now. So excited it's local but was intimidated to give it a shot. Did a quick google and Reddit search for some tips and found that going inside is KEY for your first visit. Tea lovers heaven meets gas station type convenience store. I went to the counter but they told me the Tea is basically self serve and get this, it's like an ice cream parlor with unlimited samples. Little cups so you can test things out until you find YOUR flavor or mix them. I hate sweet tea I think it is disgusting, well I accidentally tried a flavor it was incredible but yeah it was sweet tea! I was shocked. I kept trying different ones and never found one I didn't like. I purchased an unsweetened Georgia Ginger Peach and just put a dash of the same flavor but sweetened on top. It's perfect! I also read their horchata coffee was the bomb so got that as well and hell yes, it's so good. 2-4 is happy hour with half off drinks. I went at 1:15, I got a HUGE tea and a coffee for under $10. Also there was no tip screen when checking out which made it a lot less awkward and more affordable to come. They do have a cash tip jar though if you wanted to do that. The inside was super clean and organized. I wish it were slightly closer as I would be here on the daily. If someone wants to put one in by forest creek in round rock let me know! Somehow in my older age I've become the drink queen, I swear I need something with caffeine 30-40oz around 1:30pm every day. So while I feel like I cheated on round rock nutrition, I'm glad I have another spot to pick from when I want something different. read more

Staff and owners are phenomenal!!!! Very helpful and eager to help! The teas were soooo good. I went yesterday through the drive-thru for my first time visiting and the employee in the window was so great and suggested I come in next time because we can try all the selections they have, and yes, they have a lot.... Service is awesome. First time I went they were closed earlier I'm assuming bc the weather, but they came out and let us know the next day would be regular hours! Went today for the first time I got the liquid gold with oatmilk SOOO GOOD I got a small which is a 24oz for I believe $5.29. That is such a steal. As someone who gets starbucks and dutch bros this place beats both of them!!!
