He was kind enough to notify of a place where a crack in the tile joint was allowing water to flow from the hot tub and washing out the grout by seeping under the tile. Pretty easy fix but it had already loosened some of the tile and needs attention by doing a bit of re-grouting and sealing. Fantastic work at a reasonable price. A bit higher than the last outfit that removed calcium with a pressure washer but largely by mechanical scraping taking three people but still did not get it 100% removed. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.
