Upon arrival a gentleman stopped me and asked if he could help. I told him I was there to have tires put on and he laughed and said come back in 2 hours. When I questioned why he told me that the tire company had one bay and he showed up when he wanted. I went to More Miles Tires on Gresham and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. Styles has an unresponsive phone number with a full message box so you can't even contact them.

We specifically instructed them NOT to perform any repairs. Two days later, the bill for unauthorized repairs was $750. When we protested the bill and unauthorized work, they offered a "cash-only" discount down to $480. We were shocked that they performed hundreds of dollars of work without authorization. The demand for a large, cash-only discount is highly suspicious and suggests an attempt to avoid paying taxes. We were told this company holds a contract with the City of Atlanta, which is concerning given their apparent attempt to operate outside of standard business practices. They are now holding our property until we pay this inflated, unauthorized bill. Avoid this shop.

After explaining that I never got a call back about the towing and that my car is still stuck, he showed no empathy, didn't provide a resolution, and didn't even bring up the towing. He seemed that he was bothered when I asked about the towing again. As soon as I was about to schedule an appointment, I asked about getting a diagnostic and what comes with it to get it back on the road. In mid sentence while I was asking , he hung up.
