If I could give negative stars, I would. We had room 147, a two bedroom room. Even before we walked in, the whole ambiance was giving us Deliverance vibes. The guy at the desk was friendly enough but the second guy who came out of the back room sounded like he belonged in the TB ward. Coughing and hocking loogies in the 'lobby'. Best part of the check-in was the office dog. Back to the room Before going in we noticed it looked like people were living in some of the rooms. Very run down chairs outside the doors. The key/lock was broken, outside light was hanging and not working. Very dirty. Entering the room and strong off-putting smell burned our noses. Everything was very old, in disrepair. We felt like we could feel the bugs and grime on us. Second room had outlets hanging out of the walls. Quick Look at the bathroom and we knew there would be no way we'd shower or use that outdated, dirty bathroom. Quick call to Hotels.com and we were refunded and saved. read more

It is the worst - believe the other reviews! I just wanted a night out of my house for some peace and quiet - I live in Redmond. This place fit my budget. There was trash in the room. One bed had no pillow cases on the pillows. There were grime marks, stains, grossness all over and it really felt like a place where you'd get a rash. I thought it was hilarious that the toilet paper was folded in a little triangle OMG are you kidding hahahaha I should add that I booked the room on booking.com but did not reserve a room and I got "up charged" at the hotel for another $15 over what booking.com told me. I'm not sure how these hotel booking sites work but it ended up being a shit show for me. read more

This was the WORST motel I have ever stayed at. Absolutely filthy, really bad service. Whatever you do do not stay here. Someone overdosed in the room next to me my first night, a lot of drug dealing, and all together suspicious activity . This place is incredibly over priced I would rather sleep in my car. read more

We needed a place to stay near the Redmond airport as we had a very early flight the next day. We had our two grandchildren with us and their feet were black from the carpet. The room had two beds in two separate rooms which was nice. The room definitely reflected the very low price. It was quiet at night. I would not go back. read more

I have stay in many hotel/motels and this one was by far the worst. They tried to charge my card before I got there and I already told them a week ago my credit card was lost and I was waiting on a new one. Then I got there and they had cancelled my reservation I said I called them less then an hour before and he called me a lier called his voicemail and I was right there so he angerly reinstated my reservation. Then I get to my room the parking lot was full of crackheads and there was an abandoned car battery right outside my rooms door. I feared for my vehicle. Inside the room it was dusty out and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The A/C was load and had an odd smell and there was no hot water. Highly recommend spending a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere. Bad motel bad management/staff (maid was nice) but the worst hotel I have ever stayed at at. read more

Filthy, dirty, and smelly. We booked a last minute stay and got the last room in town for the big solar eclipse event. All rooms were wildly overpriced. We paid $195 for a tiny queen bed. (The front desk lady did this it the most they've ever been allowed to charge.) This is one of the most run down, delapidated places I've ever stayed in. You don't want to touch anything, it's that bad. Please see attached pictures for proof. It's supposed to be a non smoking room, but there is an ashtray right outside the door, ir REEKS of smoke, and the ceilings and walls are yellow smoked stained. Luckily or was a warm day and we could open the door and window to air it out some. On the plus side, it had a (dirty)mini fridge and a (dirty) old microwave. In summary, gross. I don't mind old and basic, but filthy is a dealbreaker. Splattered stains on walls and ceilings. Dirty carpets. Dirty heaters. Dirty smoke detector. Mold in the shower. My daughter wouldn't even use it. She washed her hair in the sink instead. I stayed in other places on this trip at the same price that didn't have these problems. It has a no smoking sign on the door but I had to leave all the windows and doors open to air out the smoke smell. Fortunately it was nice out. I do not know how this room would be usable if it were hot or cold. The south wing also happens to back up to a commercial building that uses a loudspeaker PA system to page employees. So starting at 7am we knew every time a call came in for service or sales or shipping. read more

I am a no-frills type of girl. I usually check in late without a reservation because I am road-weary and just need a place to crash for a few hours. The room was clean and had a newer bed, new fridge, clean microwave, nice flat screen TV and an updated bathroom. AC worked great, though it is noisy as per usual with a budget motel. The lady at the front desk was polite despite the fact that I suspect I woke her up. My only complaints are the lack of complimentary shampoo and the bedspread was a little musty....but if you've ever stayed in a cheap motel you probably already know not to touch the bedspread with a 10 foot pole, no matter the location. You get what you pay for, and I was satisfied. I've traveled all over the world, and have stayed in accommodations ranging from 5-star luxury, to sleeping in a bus station... The rooms are only $43 a night, and for that you get a clean (alright there may have been some mildew on the shower grout), quiet, and conveniently located room. There is free wi-fi, TV with HBO, a mini-fridge, and some scalding hot water! Seriously, be careful of the hot water... OUCH! I might opt to stay closer to Bend next time, or camp in the Sisters area, but for what I paid I felt satisfied when I checked out. read more

These guys get a solid four- an additional star was added for value vs price- I've been here many times racing over the years because we don't spend any time in the room and prices around Bend can be outrageous for a room that in reality isn't any better- never any bugs and it's weird because we've stayed here every year for this race for several years now.... it's a lot quieter then motel 6- the room is two separate rooms and is huge- it's not a nice motel by any means so if actually spending time in the room instead of enjoying the area is what your doing then it's probably not for you- but if say for instance your traveling with a group of teenage bmx racers that are going to stumble into the room covered in good Smith Rock track dirt and they're going to get back at it early- save your money and stay here at the Hub read more

My husband and I was denied an room adtet accusations made agianst us that wasnt true and we wasnt even given a chance to defend ourselves. We had stayed there many times before without no problems. We was treated in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner and we didn't deserve it.This hotel is very judgmental and if you don't look the part or they think you may cause problems you will get booted out. Also watch out for the lady that checks you in because she will be all nice at first, but can be very rude and judgmental. If you choose to stay there, watch your back. read more

Horrible dirty little hotel. It's the cheapest in the area and it shows. The room is so dirty and the bathroom is horrifying. The Priceline description says queen sized beds. The owner of the place says they only have doubles. Pay a bit more and go so place better. read more

Booked this place because every other place within 100 miles was booked due to a lacrosse tournament in Bend Oregon. Our reservation was for 2 nights but after the first night we were at the ER because the room had bed bugs and my grandson was covered in bites. Informed the owners we needed to check out early and that they need to spray for bed bugs but they didn't care. Do NOT stay here. read more

Definitely a No-Frills hotel. Clean, NO BED BUGS (we checked), Had two beds in separate rooms, coffee maker, stand up shower, fridge and microwave. Smelled sterile (bleach-y) and the rooms are extremely plain, but worth the money. Plenty of parking and the area is very quiet. I think some of the rooms are rented as apartments but all the tenants were nice and quiet. Highly recommend if you're on a travel budget. read more

I wrote a review years ago when we first stayed here 4 or 5 years ago. In that time I have never seen a bug, dirty sheets or rude employees. It is clean and the employees/owners are very accommodating and kind. I have seen rude tenants that argue, park their vehicles badly, leave dog poop on the grass and are just awful. I, for one, appreciate the opportunity to pay a reasonable rate per night for a place to lay my weary head. Thank you Hub! read more

The worst place I've ever been. We reserved a one bed room and when we got there the lady said she gave the room to someone else. She gave us a two bedroom and threatened that if we used the other bed she would charge us way more. I ignored that because we drove 3 hours from Portland and I worked graveyard. We had a smoking room which smelled awful. The bed made us really itchy. I got off work at 6am and we got two nights so I told her we wouldn't need to check out. She walked into our room at 11am while me and my daughter were sleeping and spoke very loudly. She threatened that if she left a mess she would charge us. So much for privacy. There is no explanation for the way we were treated. The people in the room next door were drinking and very loud yet she didn't even bother them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am very furious and plan to take further action. read more

Tried to stay here on the way home from visiting my family up north. Imagine my sadness when I had to flee in a panic when we found bedbugs. Just imagine it, because I can't begin to properly describe how angry I was to have to sleep in my car at a rest stop after paying for a room that was infested. Stay away! read more
