Stopped in on a Friday afternoon for a quick tasting and sat on the outdoor covered deck. Tasting consisted of 1 white and 4 reds. Our tasting associate/wine tender, Makayla, was super nice, personable, and knowledgeable about the wines. Each wine was brought out one at a time and she went over the vineyard that the grapes came from and the wine's flavor profile. While tasting we saw some others drinking rosé and asked if it was possible to get a splash of that, she was nice enough to open a new bottle for us to have a taste! Though this is more of an industrial tasting room they did a good job of making the deck feel nice and fun. Additional picnic table seating with umbrellas was available next to the deck and near the stage that they said would be having live music that night. They also have a pizza vendor that's stationed there and offers pies until sellout. Unfortunately we had just eaten so we didn't get one this time, but we'd definitely grab one next time we're in tin city. Unfortunately none of the wines really did it for us so we didn't end up going home with any bottles. But, as I always say when reviewing wineries, everyone's taste is different, so this could be the wine for you. Overall a cool place to stop in at Tin City for a nice casual tasting and potentially some stellar pizza and live music.

Cure little winery tasting room in Tin City. Women owned and operated. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to bring the dogs and kids. Grab a delicious pizza from Lebbers Pizza in the parking lot. Although the wines weren't my favorite of the week, the overall experience was enjoyable and we will likely return next time we are in town.

We love Hubba. Riley and her staff are fun, relaxed, and amazing. The wine is fantastic. It's this laid back atmosphere and then... The wines are world-class! Bet on this place. Someday you'll say, "I was there back when..."

When life get complicated, I wine...so I am a big wine drinker, winery visitor and I most enjoy it in great atmosphere and company, that is exactly what you'll find at Hubba! The owner and wine maker, Riley, is one of the most hard working and fun people you'll meet - she's constantly pushing herself and the boundaries and overcoming obstacles to make her customers happy! She makes some of the best wine blends in Paso, my favorites are the reds (Dreamland and Mushroom-head) She's created a partnership and even sells wine in boxes (which is nothing like your grocery store boxed wine, think fancy wine tap rooms in Italy/Portugal and very sustainable!) She's partnered with Lebber's Pizza and what is better in this life than amazing wine and pizza? Nothing! So stop reading this already and plan to visit Hubba!!

My boyfriend and I randomly came across Hubba Wines while searching out the best pizza for lunch. We were directed to this tiny outdoor pop-up called Lebbers Pizza in Tin City behind Hubba. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, who immediately made us feel so fun and welcomed! It was a million degrees out, so she gave us a table under cover and a fan gently blowing on us while we had a glass of Mushroomhead wine. Wow! What a nice wine! She let us know that they were certified organic with sustainability grown grapes, with no additives! what a bonus! The wine of course paid great with the pizza. Due to the heat, an early harvest was taking place and we got to see the all woman staff hard at work. We met winemaker Riley Roddick and let her know what we thought. This is a hidden gem! Go for the wine and stay for the pizza!!

    Cheers!

Tin City is really amazing. So much surrounding this place. The inside felt very much like being at home but with a school vibe to do the lockers where they store there wine in. Isabelle took care of us and she was absolutely amazing. Always willing to recommend options for us. She was beyond friendly. Despite being close to closing time she didn't rush us in anyway. She even shared some food with my 3.5 year old as she was needing a little something. We ended up sharing ghost stories for a bit with her so that was really fun. What I liked is that she actually sat down with us and talked about the wine. Like I said I felt at home. The whites were very good. Unique varietials were offered. My friend who liked the whites was very pleased. The reds were also solid. I ended up with a bottle of franc for home and I joined the wine club. Isabelle was a huge reason we joined the club. If your tasting on the weekend ask for her she is awesome. Can't wait to go back for some more fun at this winery. Also a very high value winery as the bottles were very fair. Check it out.

They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family, even though it was only our second tasting room visit ever. Bret, the winemaker, is a great guy. We instantly connected over his ties to Eagle, Idaho (where my parents live), which made the experience even more special. Huge shoutout to Lexi as well. She was an awesome host on both visits and was extremely friendly and accommodating. Bret's wines were outstanding across the board. We especially loved the 2024 El Paso de Robles White, the 2021 Fasten Your Seatbelt Syrah (absolutely incredible), and the 2022 Willow Creek District red blend. Thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully made. The space is clean, modern, and vibrant, and their creative marketing really stands out across social, their website, merch, and overall brand presence. We enjoyed it so much that we joined the wine club on the spot and are excited to have Levo in our regular rotation as we move from SLO to Atascadero. Highly recommend! Fantastic wine, great people, and a 10/10 experience.

We are the type of members who always take great care of the staff and rarely leave without purchasing extra bottles, yet today we were treated like an inconvenience. Despite being told in the past that spontaneous visits were no problem for members, we were turned away on a gloomy Monday with plenty of open tables. The host at the entrance was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't even let us finish our sentence before cutting us off. We were told our only options were to come back in an hour, a "limited" tasting, drive all the way downtown, or just pick up our shipment and leave. We asked for the Wine Club Manager to resolve the situation, but she wasn't on-site. To be offered a "partial" tasting as a favor after nearly ten years of support was the final straw. It feels as though they now prioritize "closing" new members over honoring the people who have supported them for years. They've gone mainstream and lost the personal touch that made them special.
