a living room with couches and wine glasses

This place is such a hidden gem! Sarah is the best host. Her knowledge and poise makes the experience so much fun to learn and sip on some great wine. Each wine has a special story behind it, which only makes it that much greater. Madison is also always so sweet as well. Trust me when I say this will be a go to place for whenever you visit Paso wine country!

After our second time visiting , Sarah is still the best hostess ever! The wines are perfect and they are so family and dog friendly! We love you full draw!

Sarah was our host at the vineyard and to say that we got exceptional service is putting it lightly.

Our waitress (?) didn't share her name but she was very knowledgeable about the winemaker and the wines and quickly shared what she knew before we had to ask. All the wines were lovely. We would def recommend.

We have…read morestayed loyal to Austin Hope--even when cutting other clubs--specifically because of the service, but that era has clearly ended. We are the type of members who always take great care of the staff and rarely leave without purchasing extra bottles, yet today we were treated like an inconvenience. Despite being told in the past that spontaneous visits were no problem for members, we were turned away on a gloomy Monday with plenty of open tables. The host at the entrance was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't even let us finish our sentence before cutting us off. We were told our only options were to come back in an hour, a "limited" tasting, drive all the way downtown, or just pick up our shipment and leave. We asked for the Wine Club Manager to resolve the situation, but she wasn't on-site. To be offered a "partial" tasting as a favor after nearly ten years of support was the final straw. It feels as though they now prioritize "closing" new members over honoring the people who have supported them for years. They've gone mainstream and lost the personal touch that made them special.

My husband had the wine tasting and he absolutely loved it he bought the zinfandel for himself and the rose for my mother-in-law. Although I myself am not a huge wine drinker I can definitely say the Rose was delicious. It was so fun to be able to chat with the owners who were actually there as well as the husband and wife that help run into wine tastings they were such a great couple to talk and learn from. If you are looking for a fun down to earth winery with people who can just talk about wine and life with a beautiful view I highly recommend seven angels!

We love when you meet the people who love what they do and are actually involved in the business. We stumbled on Pelletiere a few years ago. The owner was there and she was fantastic and we had a great experience, and walked out with a case of wine. Over the past two years, every time we opened one of those bottles, we were blown away with them. So, when we were planning our recent trip, we made a reservation as we knew we needed to get more of their wine. So, if you are heading to Paso and looking for a unique and quaint place to taste, come here! You are usually welcomed by the owner, they are dog friendly and the setting is quiet and serene. On top of all that - the wines are fantastic, especially if you like Italian varietals. Due to our love of their wines, we did end up joining the wine club this time!

We made reservations and there was one large party before us. They were finishing up. The wines were delicious, about $30 ish for a tasting and waived with 3 bottle purchase. The wines are around $80-$100ish. They didn't have a Sangiovese open but we still bought a bottle because we like that style. We also got the Montepulciano, and Nebbiolo. They had some patio seating. It was spring, so lots of bugs and bees. We tasted inside for the AC. If you're looking for Italian style wines, Pelletiere is a small family winery for it!
