We had a delightful tasting experience here! The staff were so accommodating and knowledgable about everything relating to wine. We got their standard tasting which was 5 pours I believe. 1 white the rest were reds. They had a couple special members only bottles open but they weren't super busy on a Thursday afternoon so we got to try those too. All of the wines were delicious honestly! My favorite was the Silken. The tasting room is beautiful and pretty big. They have a ton more seating on the wrap around porch and downstairs on the patio. They also have a short but good menu for food items as well. We got their charcuterie plate, a bowl of their daily soup, and a small salad. Everything was fresh with good flavor and the bread was addicting! Even my wife that doesn't eat bread couldn't put it down. I do wish the soup came out a bit hotter but it was tasty with a nice kick to it. Would definitely come back to Parrish for a tasting next time I'm in town. read more

Was told to come here for the BLTA and it did not disappoint!! Absolutely delicious! The bacon was deliciously maple-y and cooked to perfection, all the veggies tasted so fresh, the bread was crisped and the tasty side salad had fresh Persian cucumbers and roasted carrots. This was actually my first wine tasting experience, and my partner and I couldn't have come across a better spot to start. Since it was our first wine tasting, the staff guided us through the flight, explaining the tasting notes and differences between the wines in a friendly and approachable way. FOOD: 9/10 At the time in July, they were hosting a limited-time backyard BBQ buffet. They shared that they don't normally host, but it was incredible. Parrish Family vineyard is gorgeous, they have a great indoor and outdoor space overlooking the vineyards making it a beautiful site. Their food was tasty we tried their bulgogi pork tacos and the papas con queso. What really was lackluster was their wine and wine tasting for $40 a person you get 5 tastings. None of the wines were memorable, our sommelier didn't describe the notes we would taste for a single wine or gave any sort of back story or history on how that wine came to be. He also gave us the tiniest pours I have ever received at any winery. Literally just a one sip pour, not worth $40 at all. Would not recommend going here for the wine or wine tasting but the ambiance and food was good. read more

It was a lovely day, and service was prompt albeit we had barely sat down and we were being poured our first taste. We had a tasting reservation for 4:30 on July 4th and when we showed up, we were told they weren't doing anymore tastings and were closing early for the day. We had arrived early at 4:15, ordered a glass of wine at 4:20 and were brought the check by 4:28 without ever being checked in on. I have never been so rushed out of a place in my life. Not only was it very inhospitable, the server did not provide any information about the winery or the wine I ordered. In all it was an extremely disappointing experience and we left 20 minutes after arrival after paying $26 for the single glass. I understand it was a holiday, but if you are closing early, don't offer the reservation times and don't treat guests that drove a half hour to be there like you wish they never showed up. A friend recommended this place so we gave it a try. I am not a big fan of red wines so I definitely enjoyed their white wines a lot more. The food was okay but thought they missed something. The bulgogi didn't taste like the ones I am used to , the pickled veggies didn't complement the flavor in my opinion, and the couscous salad needed more flavor. The BLTA was the winner since it was good (a solid sandwich) but might have been overhyped as "life changing." It was good but not that good . Both were super flavorful. I asked for crushed red peppers for the flatbread but they said their kitchen is limited which is fair enough. The wine-i am a huge cab lover and loved the cab. My boyfriend loved the mix of the cab. We also got their cold brew to go and it came in a bottle-probably one of the better cold brews I've had. We had a great experience here earlier this year. Beautiful property with plenty of outdoor seating in the patio overlooking the vineyards. We were there for their wine and macaroon tasting. All the wines we tried were great! Our server explained each wine in detail as he poured it. He was gracious to top my glasses off a few times too! The macaroons are freshly made to order and require at least 20 minutes. We also ordered a flatbread and cheese/bread plate as we enjoyed the view and scenery. Everyone we interacted with were welcoming and friendly. This is a hidden gem in Paso Robles that we can't wait to visit again! Parrish was the first place we visited to kick off a birthday weekend. The location and building are all beautiful. Everyone in the tasting room provided wonderful hospitality. All wines were good, Four Chords was our favorite! We had lunch here. Ordered the salmon belly skewers and the mango couscous. Both were ok. Bland for our tastes, especially for the price point. No damper on our enjoyment though. The team came out with some nice chocolates and glasses of their late harvest Sauv Blanc as a birthday treat which we really appreciated. Ok... first of all.., I see reviews about their tastings being sooo tiny ( one 6 months ago that a reviewer commented on). You get 5 tastings for $30, and it's like 2 tablespoons.. LOL. The owner commented on that review ... but apparently nothing has changed?? We were onsite for 90 minutes and that's how long it took to get our tastings, with some pour-ers not even commenting on what was being served ( they switched staff around, so the service was pretty sad)... Pros; Very beautiful vineyards in sight, and a sweet breeze if it's summer time. I'd say order a glass of wine & skip the teensy tastings as it is NOT worth your money... they don't apply your $30 toward a bottle of wine either.. so lose-lose. With that.. the location is beautiful outside on the patio. You just don't get the bang for your buck.,, for all of you Value people... go elsewhere. read more

It had been several years since I explored this stretch of Paso wineries and made a reservation at Parris for a tasting + lunch. It was probably one of the smartest decisions I've made in a long while. Normally, we venture back in Paso Robles or bring a picnic lunch. But so few wineries are allowing outside food that picnics can be tricky. I found Parrish on Yelp and perused their menu and photos. Their BLTA with the almond-praline bacon sold me. Not to mention the gorgeous wrap-around deck seating and views. We were a bit early to our reservation, but seated quickly without hesitation. Our server Francisco (if I remember correctly) was informative, patient, and very kind. We had a leisurely lunch and never felt rushed.
