This place ruined my 37 parallel M wheels! I went to have my machined wheels polished or whatever could be done to bring back the diamond cut shine and they actually PAINTED them an ugly gun metal color and put a clear coat on top. Now my wheels absolutely look just like hubcaps!!I am having to pay 1,000 more dollars to get them back looking like they are supposed to. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! read more

By referral I took my car in for some bent rims. Had a violent vibration at highway speeds likely from hitting a pothole a while back. I called in, they said no there's not really a wait. They only had it for maybe 45-60 minutes to do 2 rims which was pretty fast and the vibration is gone. I still have a tiny wobble but I believe this to be one of the other rims as I did hit 2 potholes on left and right side. Very reasonable price. I think the process of true-ing the wheel may have made some of my curb rash refinish job peel off but honestly that comes with the territory. If you're getting new drywall you're gonna have to get new paint! read more

I had an experience similar to other folks...A tire shop I trust in Franklin recommended Hubcap Heaven to repair my rim, which was causing the new tire to leak. I brought it in first thing in the morning, and was relieved that there was no wait. The gentleman running the shop was very nice, so no complaints there, but when I left I noticed an immediate drop in air pressure in the tire. At first I thought it was just the computer recalibrating, but after a few hours the tire was incredibly low. I took the car to Costco (where I bought the tires and I knew they would look at it for free), and they told me the Hubcap Heaven guys had not only butchered the weld job but had failed to properly re-tighten 3 of the 5 lug nuts and that I was lucky to have made it in without the wheel falling off....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I was trying to save $500 for a new rim and ended up wasting over $200 plus two hours of my life. Wish I could have posted a glowing review, but this was a total waste. read more

I came here because I had popped a tire on a curbside and needed a new wheel. Not my fault I promise! I mean I'm a great driver but that curb came out of nowhere and hit me like a downtown bachelorette party! Got a nail in my tire and got referred by Firestone to go to this place. The lady answering the phone was absolutely lovely and hilarious. Pulled up and the fella that plugged my tire, came up and shook my hand, said he could do it. Took him only 5-10minutes and out was out of there. Tire is still doing great and it's been two weeks. I brought my BMW Z4 to this business on 10/28/24. One of my wheels was damaged during a flat. I spent 3 days looking all over the internet, across the country, and even beyond, for a replacement rim. But this is a very special Beyern Spartan that is no longer available anywhere, much to my frustration. Another shop tried to sell me another brand, which would have completely spoiled the looks of my car because it does not match the other 3 rims. Then I started exploring the option of rim repair, and that's how I came upon Hubcap Heaven. I'd called in first to get a quote. When I brought in the car, they welded the rim very efficiently. It's been over a month, and the rim is holding up well. I am writing my review here to share my experience with you all. (1) I believe it's Chris at the front desk. He is very honest. He charged me in the end what he'd quoted me over the phone. No attempts to upsell or overcharge. I recommend him to you all. He also answered all my questions which I asked him, which was also appreciated. (2) The welding job is excellent. There is no air leak on the tire. If I could post a totally negative review, I would. Let me say up front there ARE some good people that work there, like Dylan, Jason & Haley but the "shop manager", Jimmy is an absolute jerk. First off, they had to redo my wheels 2 times before they were acceptable. The first time they were redone there were waves and pits in the powder coat and the second time the clear coat had white spots in it so they had to be redone AGAIN. Kudos to Dylan for bringing that problem to my attention and refusing to let me take them with that imperfection. When they finally got them right almost 3 weeks after I had originally dropped them off, they had left my original 18" Acura wheel boxes in the rain so they were ruined. They gave me "new" boxes but one was a 20"X20"X12" which was too big & deep and the other was a beat-up Lexus box (see pics) which had the hand holds ripped out of it. When I called on Monday 6/29 to request 1 new box, "shop manager" Jimmy, immediately started yelling at me, accusing me of "switching the box out", talking over me and basically calling me a liar when all I wanted was 1 box that wasn't torn up. Admittedly, I used the world "damn" when I was trying to talk to Jimmy as he was being exceptionally rude and abrasive but that didn't give him license to treat a paying customer the way he did, especially after their carelessness was the reason I was requesting a new box in the first place. Unless you need a particular style of OEM hubcap, I'd stay as far away from Hubcap Heaven as possible. I have 4 other 18" Acura A-Spec wheels that I had planned on having repaired/refinished there but that won't happen now because of their horrible customer service from "shop manager" Jimmy. There are better places for wheel repair in Nashville like Alloy Wheel Repair and Wheel Repair of TN in Goodlettsville that will also come to you and are much more customer oriented & nicer to do business with. read more

My friends and I were visiting Nashville for a long weekend and hit a pothole right before we got off our final exit on the highway to our AirBnB. This place will fix your wheels, low cost, great expertise! Take a straight shot out of downtown Nashville on 8th avenue from our new Music City Convention Center (8th turns into Lafayette, then Murfreesboro Pike), and head on down to Hubcap Heaven. Parking tight at the front of a disarmingly modest little shack-like building (with massive "Hubcap Heaven" banner sign above it), but this is THE PLACE in Nashville to straighten, re-beautify your wheels all giving you a great savings over purchasing new. Darn it, those potholes finally got me - resonant car vibration immediately after running my Fiat Abarth full speed into a surprise hole that opened on I-40 West at Charlotte Ave near Bellevue. Although they seemed backed up there was a one day (overnight) turnaround for four straightenings, and one polish-out of ALL the kerb scrape on one wheel. Short story - all looked perfect and all run great. ALL of the personnel will take time to talk to you, immediately, and are very informative, all the way from the front office to the manager and the guys doing all the technical work. I have been a customer off an on of Hubcap Heaven for well over 20 years, they have always been my "go to" place for any wheel related item I may have needed. My hobby is restoring older cars and sometimes I like to keep them as original as possible. They use to always carry nice used hubcaps for my vintage cars. I guess that has changed, I went by today to purchase some wire wheel center caps or a matching set of Lincoln hubcaps for my 1989 Lincoln Town Car, and the heavy set older man there was just plain rude. I can understand if they do not carry items I need, but he could have shown a little more professionalism. He first told me that he did not have any center caps for my car, that was fine, I started to ask another question and before I could even finish what I was going to ask he said "No, check on Ebay, we don't carry items for cars that old". If he had listened to me he would have found out that I was going to ask about wheels for one of my newer cars, and would have probably kept my business. But instead, he seemed to be too busy to deal with individual customers and I guess more focused in on his "fleet accounts". I guess he just wanted me out of his store, that is how he made me feel. This man needs to learn that some business accounts often come from a good experience from a regular customer. Also, if you are not willing to offer help on locating hard to find wheels and center caps as stated on your website, then you need to remove that from your list of services. So after being a regular customer for over 20 years, I will NEVER RETURN. read more
