I was asked how I could be made comfortable to bring my business back. I simply asked Jordon to train better and learn how to communicate better with customers. I was offered a new set of tires, which I declined because, I feel it would not be fair to other customers who would ultimately be paying for them. BEWARE!! I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. Do yourself a favor--skip this place. To the owner: No, I will not be filling out anything for support, and I do not wish to be contacted further. I'd simply suggest doing better--especially when it comes to who is handling customers' vehicles. Having inexperienced 16-year-olds with no upper body strength operating power tools on luxury cars is unacceptable. You may also want to consider bringing back the previous managers, because the current ones are doing a terrible job. On December 15, 2025, I brought my car in for what should have been a routine tire service. I have a staggered rim setup and have been a loyal customer of this location for over 10 years--bringing both my previous and current Mercedes in twice a year (spending roughly $2,000 every 6 months). I have had a staggered set up for the past ten years so this wasn't new to me. I've also purchased multiple rims from this location at approximately $1,600 per rim. During the service, an employee pulled me into the bay to inform me that my wheel lock had broken while they were working on the vehicle. When I personally inspected my car, I discovered something much worse--my rim had been damaged around every wheel bolt section, not just where the lock broke. Every single lug area showed damage, and to make matters worse they just all looked at one another when I pointed out the damage. I am extremely particular about my vehicle. My rims had zero prior damage--not even curb rash. In addition, they initially expected me to keep the newly mounted tires on and drive 25 minutes to Mercedes to have the wheel locks removed. I refused and had them remove the tires immediately, because why would I drive with my back tires on 10 and fronts on 4? Before leaving, I asked to speak with the manager, Roderick, to file a damage claim. He was nowhere to be found until I insisted an employee get him. When he finally documented the claim, he did not even inspect my vehicle. Later, he attempted to dismiss my concerns over the phone by gaslighting me and telling me he walked around the vehicle with me. When I took my vehicle to Mercedes, they cleaned and inspected the rims and confirmed that 3 out of 4 wheels had identical damage. The only wheel unaffected was the front driver side--because it had not yet been worked on. I reported all of this to their claims department, Fleet Response. Despite clear evidence, they initially refused to include the additional damaged wheels in the claim. This process dragged on for four months, with constant back-and-forth. Around month two, they finally agreed to review the rear wheels--but still denied responsibility. I provided: * Documentation from my Mercedes service advisor (Franklin location) * Confirmation that Mercedes does not refinish wheel with such damage * Official documentation from Mercedes corporate stating that this type of damage is unsafe to refinish. After all of that, their resolution? A $600 offer for a $5,800 damage. They also suggested I take my vehicle to a random wheel repair shop for evaluation. As a customer who only allows Mercedes and Discount Tire to service my vehicle, that suggestion was unacceptable especially after I provided not 1 BUT TWO DOCUMENTATIONS. I suggested back that I would let the store order my rims for me and me just bring back the car and that was denied. I was allowing them to redeem themselves literally. read more

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Discount Tire damaged my vehicle during service and sent it to a dealership for repairs, which they then failed to properly handle or pay for. For over two weeks, I was repeatedly promised that their insurance would contact me within 24 hours with a claim number and payment details. That never happened once. The dealership confirmed they were never contacted, leaving my car sitting unreleased while no one at Discount Tire took responsibility or followed through. I had to constantly chase updates, resend information, and even coordinate calls myself just to get basic movement--still with no results. When I returned to the store, Jordan (management) was unprofessional, loud, and dismissive instead of resolving the issue or showing accountability. This was a complete failure in responsibility, communication, and customer service. I would strongly caution others before trusting them with their vehicle. read more

Never want to have to go to Discount Tire, but even in my disappointment and stress - they really showed up for me and brightened this situation as much as possible with their humor and support! I have been using this location for 12 years now for all my tire needs and love their staff - efficient, friendly, competent, and worth the value/cost. I usually try to buy tires on a holiday sale, recently brought my new 2025 mazda and got the OEM tires warrantied with them and replaced the one I popped. I am always grateful, today I got here 15 mins before closing and they still fit me in and stayed to repair it. Had an appointment, came in first in line while staff helped three customers. Waited 5 minutes, people came and went while line formed behind me. Another 5 minutes while staff answered the phone, walked in and out of service area, and never acknowledged me. After another 5 minutes of the same, I left. Confirmed they can perform a service and then can't once I came in for the appointment. Full story: As a repeat customer of another Discount Tire location in middle TN - I called here and made an appointment to get my alignment checked & have an alignment done (if needed) on my 2022 Nissan Sentra, since my closest Discount Tire doesn't offer this service (that location does not have an alignment machine). This Nolensville Pike store is the closest to me with an alignment machine (but still a 45 min drive). However, they offer alignments for $89 compared to $130+ at other shops, so it's savvy to go with them. So, I called and made an appointment over the phone, where I confirmed my vehicle with the salesman in doing so. Once I show up the next day for the appointment, the salesman still wanted to come out and scan all 4 tires - which are brand new as of 4 days before - and try to sell me wiper blades (as with every Discount Tire location). Then the salesman told me they cannot, in fact, perform an alignment on my car due to safety sensors in the car "that come standard with newer cars" .. but they could still check the alignment. Of course I had them at least check it since I was already there and a free service. Unfortunately, my alignment was OOS.. so I had to take it elsewhere to have an alignment done after all. Frustratingly leaving a review as it was a big inconvenience to the day, overall, that could have been prevented with due diligence / better communication. My parents were visiting during the week of Christmas and as dads do, mine began inspecting everything from my car to my home. He saw that my tires were old to the point of beginning to crack (don't judge me please, who likes buying new tires?) and was rightfully mortified insisting we get it taken care of immediately. Long story short, beware of Tire Discounters a little south of Discount Tire on the same road. We left that establishment after making an appointment with them, calling Discount Tire and driving directly over. By the way, this was the AM of December 23rd. They were completely accommodating in every way possible. A night and day difference from Tire Discounters down to quoted price to actual price, customer service, wait time dropping the car off, wait time picking the car up-you name it. Francisco was one person who went above and beyond but I know there were other people who also did, names I don't know and I want to thank you as well! Thank you SO much for your hard work. I came in with a low tire warning light on my BMW and my regular mechanic was out of town. I stopped in and was greeted immediately by Lenny who walked outside with me to my car. He looked at all four tires, told me my PSI was at 15 on one of them and that the other one in the back was shredded. He had me look at it, too. I had been to Discount Tire in the past with my previous work vehicle. Always had a great experience. Today while heading home from a lunch meeting, my tire pressure light came on so I bypassed home and went straight to DT on Nolensville Road. There was a screw in my left rear tire. Thankfully the tire was able to be repaired. I was in and out in about an hour. The service guys were so nice and when the tire was repaired, they handed me my keys and said "you are all set"! Unfortunately woke up with a flat tire, got my spare on and called this store. Chris told me the wait was 30min if i came in in 15-20min, i might've gotten there in 30 (at 9:15am) and was a walk in (but still had an appointment for 10:45 just in case). I was never told the wait time but assumed my car would be in by 10:45am either way. Time goes on, walk in and appointment guests are coming and going and by 11:15 my car was still sitting in the parking lot. Went up to the front desk and they said i was checked in but "it didn't go through", got my car in at 11:30 and was done by 12:20. Luckily i was a (recent) previous costumer and got my tire patched for free and Francisco apologized for the wait. When I got my car back I realized there was oil/dirt fingerprints all over my rim, gonna need a car wash. Overall good experience except for the unnecessary wait. The bad: I setup an appointment ahead of time. The customer service representative told me they would be finished within an hour of my scheduled time. I asked the representative to confirm that the tire would be in at my scheduled time and he confirmed that it would. I arrived at my scheduled time and the tire had not arrived yet. Another customer service representative apologized and assured me that when the tire came in he would call me and he would have me serviced immediately. I left and received a call that my tire was in and I returned to have it installed. After returning it was still 45 minutes for them to change one tire. I put the spare on quicker than that when I was stuck on the side of the road in the dark without all the fancy jacks and lifts. So rather than be out by 10:45 as promised it was an hour later. I pass this location daily and decided to check them out online for two tires I desperately needed I was able to compare pricing online, order my tires and set up an appointment within minutes after doing my research on tires. Ordered on Tuesday, got an appointment for Saturday afternoon, and voila I wasn't out a ton of cash right after the holidays. They called to confirm my time once my tires arrived. My appointment was at 2:30, and it was packed in when I arrived a few Minnie's before my time. I was prepared to wait a couple of hours given prior experiences at other tire places. I was barely a chapter into my book when they said my car was ready. I walked out a few minutes after 3 pm! Rob, the manager of the store, was very kind and helpful. They were able to give me a loaner tire for a few days so I was able to get to work. Today I showed up five minutes before they opened (thinking I'd be an early bird), and even though 10+ people were in front of me, I still got out in under 35 minutes! I have been going to this location for over five years, their customer service and their work never ceases to amaze me. I needed two new tires. I purchased them online and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I was checked in outside and then directed inside. The place was quite busy but appeared to be working in an efficient way. I was out within an hour. They told me one of my other tires would need replaced soon but were not pushy about it at all which I very much appreciated. This is my second time with a same car same location do not recommend discount tires for your Tesla they do a terrible job and do not check there work . I had had issues with the same location was going to give them another try.I have offset staggered tires and they put my back tires in the front tires are rubbing my tire well . This is huge problem I'm unable to drive my car over the weekend . I don't know who the manger is but I will be calling the head quarters. I always use discount tire no matter where I live. I've probably have bought 9 or 10 sets of tires with no problems. I just got a screw in my back tire came in yesterday, they ordered a new tire with warranty it's only $65 bucks out the door . My problem is I've been here since 11am it's now 2:06 and my truck is still parked because I didn't have an appointment. No one has an appointment for picking up a screw in the tire and needs to be fixed immediately that's why you come in. Management should designate one bay for people to come in with emergencies with the warranty on the tires that are bought here instead of me waiting for 5 plus hours. read more

We started our tire purchase over the phone in IL with Donny at the Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN location. The tires had to be special ordered. The day before our daughter (who lives in Nashville) had her appointment for those tires, I called the store and found out the special ordered tires weren't going to be at the store by appointment time. Eddie offered comparable tires that cost more than what the special ordered tires would be. He said he would cover the price difference.
