I love nothing more than to see a food truck that serves healthier options! You can taste the passion in the food and you are offered a menu with something for everyone to enjoy. The staff is super friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Went there just to have breakfast my husband. Definitely going to recommend. Glad we went when we did as it wasn't so busy. The service was good as our server Ciara always checked on us. The ambiance was giving friendly and chill vibes. Had the tower breakfast and it was delicious. Their syrups for the waffle was auhmazing. Very yummy

Skillets will be one of the best breakfasts you will ever have in Salt Lake. I promise. The staff was eager to greet me and take my order. I chose the Tater Tot Skillet and the Breakfast Burrito. Ambiance is amazing on a sunny morning with their outdoor seating. They keep their tables clean and ready for customers. Both the Skillet and the Burrito were so hearty and satisfying. I'm obsessed with their house-made green sauce and their big portions. Prices are reasonable considering how much food you get! I'm always happy to support Skillets and recommend them. You will leave happy and full!

Breakfast Burrito and French toast flight

One of the best breakfast spots in SLC. Probably the best burrito too. Also that French toast flight is other worldly, definitely worth doing extra cardio for. Service was great too, may only suggestion is that they invest in an espresso machine, because that suits best the demographic they are attracting. As of writing they only had drip coffee which I didn't really have problem with.

Woke up craving a breakfast burrito. I'm new to SLC so came to Yelp and did a search for breakfast burritos and this food truck came up! I'm so glad I went out of my way to try this place. The reviews are true, the breakfast burrito SLAPS. I didn't think I would be able to finish the whole thing but it actually took restraint for me to stop and save some for my spouse to try. He also loved it! The person helping me was helpful and kind. Great customer service all around! My only problem is that it's not near my home. But I will be back for sure!

Fantastic breakfast burrito and friendly customer service! I'm looking forward to trying their other breakfast items soon.

Tater Tot Skillet - Venezuelan steak, tater tots, avocado, fried egg, cheddar cheese, and their green sauce which was similar to chimichurri. AMAZING. The tater tots had thee most perfect crunch. The fried egg was perfectly runny. That steak was so juicy and flavorful. Sauce was amazing, could drink it. 12/10. The absolute perfect breakfast. Venezuelan Rice Bowl - Venezuelan steak, rice, beans, and coleslaw. Whatever dressing they put on their coleslaw has to have crack in it because it was the BEST coleslaw we have ever had. I will be dreaming about it forever. This dish was the perfect combination of warm & cold, soft & crunchy. Such an amazing lunch. 10/10. Service was super quick! Had our food within 5-7ish minutes of ordering. Staff was awesome - very kind, gave great recommendations. Location was awesome. Right across from Sweet Lakes and plenty of parking so we had no trouble pulling up.

Like others we tried this place bc the establishment across the way was very busy Service quick and food pretty good! There were two tables and umbrellas out front. We chose to go bc the generator was so incredibly loud. Couldn't hear each other at all.

Hi Amy! We have two sauces, our green sauce and our white sauce. Our green sauce is a cilantro garlic sauce and the white sauce is a garlic horseradish sauce. We have made some changes to our menu, so if you see a photo where it shows “ask about our…

The homemade longganisa (Philippine breakfast sausage) itself is incredible with the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and perfect garlicky-ness. If they ever consider selling their longganisa in local Asian stores I will absolutely be first in line. And then they built everything around the longganisa, forming the most beautiful longsilog (longanisa breakfast) sandwich ever imagined with the soft brioche, atchara (pickled papaya), runny egg, cucumber, cheddar cheese with that really mild bite, and spicy mayo (which is very mild, I don't do spicy and it was great). I'm drooling just typing this out. If I lived closer I would be here weekly. It's worth the price (it's also huge/filling, on top of insanely delicious). It's worth the line. Yes, the line can be kind of long so either come early or just make sure you have the time available to you. It will be worth the wait. You can take the buzzer with you into Roots coffee and grab a drink, or pop next door into Ruby Snaps and try some cookies while you wait. The owners/family/employees are all very friendly and helpful with any questions. If I have more opportunities I'll eventually try every sandwich. My friend tried the Bulgogi and loved it. The bite I had was great; the Bulgogi was seasoned really well and it also went fantastic with the brioche. The ribeye meat was really tender. I'd asked for a side of extra atchara with my sandwich not realizing how much was already on it. I suggested to my friend to add it to her Bulgogi because the sweet tanginess from the rice vinegar would complement it well, and she loved the combination -- that is also my suggestion to all of you.

I had the Manila and LOVED the pickled papaya & cucumber paired with the Filipino longganisa, and let's not forget about the fluffy, buttery brioche bun! I just can't get enough! My husband had the bulgogi and was equally impressed. Being a food truck they have a cool set up, a couple seats outdoors and a sweet partnership with the coffee shop next door who offers their patrons a place to sit and eat inside. Can't wait to visit again!

I usually have to sit there while everyone else enjoys appetizers and dessert, but here I got the full experience, which honestly felt like a luxury. The setup is casual. You order at the counter and then wait for your food, but it still feels organized and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall customer service was great, which made the experience even better. For appetizers, we ordered the Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs and the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Both were really good. I had never tried deviled eggs with smoked salmon before, but it worked surprisingly well. The salmon didn't overpower the egg and added a really nice flavor. The artichoke dip was also a standout and something I'd definitely order again. For my entrée, I had the Huckleberry Pork Tenderloin, and it was my favorite part of the meal. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the huckleberry sauce, but it completely won me over. It's that perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet, and I genuinely wished I could take a bottle home. I chose the Parmesan mashed potatoes with gravy and the green beans with bacon and onion as my sides. The mashed potatoes were good, though the gravy leaned a little too savory for my taste. The green beans, however, were excellent. The bacon added great texture and flavor. My husband ordered the Cold-Smoked Sous Vide Tri-Tip with green beans and sweet potato mash. I'm usually not a sweet potato person, but these were shockingly good. I'll probably get those next time. We were already full, but they had gluten-free dessert options, which I couldn't pass up. We took home the Huckleberry Chocolate Mousse and the Huckleberry Supreme Pie, and both were incredible. I honestly couldn't pick a favorite. We definitely overdid it... but I regret nothing. Being able to enjoy appetizers, a full meal, and dessert without worrying about gluten was such a treat. I'd absolutely recommend this place, especially if you're gluten free and tired of feeling limited when you go out to eat.
